Tallapakka Chinnayya hails from the illustrious lineage to which Sri Tallapakka Annamayya belongs to. This particular family is responsible for Keerthana format that we have today as a part of the Carnatic Music tradition. Kalyanapuram S Aravind renders a sahityam of Sri Tallapakka Chinayya in the raga Yadukula kambhoji. Accompanying him on the violin, Vid R Raghul, Mridangam Vid NC Bharadwaj and ghatam Vid G Chandrasekara Sharma. This particular composition is adorned with the raga yadukula kambhoji to plead to Sri Venkateswara Swamy and Alamelumanga of Tirumala Tirupati for mercy.
Aravind is one of the promising Carnatic Vocalists in the current crop of young musicians, hailing from Kalyanapuram Village of Thanjavur District. Aravind is a disciple of the Living Legend Padmabhushan Sangita Kalanidhi Madurai Sri TN Seshagopalan. He also happens to be the nephew of renowned Harikatha Exponent Kalyanapuram Sri Aravamudhachariar
