Besides, sometimes I do this just for the sole reason that I think that re-filling my bowl over and over again gets pretty tiring.

@@user-nw1ei8lb3o 시리얼 뒷면에 하루권장섭취량 해놓고 100그람당 몇 칼로리 써놓잖아요. 평균적으로 100그람당 130칼로리쯤 되는데 그게 종이컵 한 컵 분량이에요.... 머그컵에 잔뜩 부어 먹었었는데 종이컵 분량으로 따져보니 3컵은 되더라구요... ㅎㅎ...다이어트 할 때 식사대용으로 먹었는데 거의 400칼로리를 섭취했네요....ㅎㅎ 쌀 밥 한공기보다 높은 칼로리....

웹툰 부활남이 드라마로 나온다면 꼭 성훈님이 남주 해주셨으면... 찰떡
