Am happy that it will help you As the temperature is very low,make sure your body is warm.Using extra thermals can help you.Dont forget to put oils in the ear.And whatever you eat, let it be hot, and little spicy . Cut down on Sugars and heavy meals.Good luck

Please try Anu Thailam. Probably you have severe sinusitis. Start applying inside the nose. After 10 days, you can inhale drops. After inhaling drops, give hot water fomentation to the face, with hot towel

please use Anu thailam for nasyam.Nasal polyp is told as mookkil sadhai. Occurs because if repeated nasal infections. Take Syno/Septilin 2 tablets twice daily, before food.Use the oil i told in this talk.

For a 4 year old child,the child cannot inhale drops.You can apply in the nose.Please buy "Immunocin" syrup.Give one tspoon thrice daily to build immunity.Available in all Ayurvedic shops.Gufic company

Please add "karunai kizhangu (Yam) and white onion in your diet.Lots of buttermilk also.Take one white onion,cut, fry it with cow's ghee,add equal amount of panai vellam,divide into two portions, have one at bed time and another early morning.This will reduce the pain and inflammation of the piles
