ingredients:
Garlic cloves-12 or 30 grams
Coriander seeds-1 Tbsp. or 4 Grams
Cumin seeds-1 Tsp
Pepper corn-1/8 Tsp
Large Dried chili-7 (soaked in water for 1 hour)
add 2 tbsp to grind to a paste
Water-4 Cups Or 1 Liter
Parboiled Rice-1/2 Cup (washed and soaked in water for 40 Mins)
Salt-1 1/2 Tsp
Turmeric powder-less than 1/2 Tsp
Green chili-2
Small onion-1
Shrimps-230 Grams
Water-4 Cups or 1 liter
Tamarind pulp extracted with 1/2 Cup of water
drumstick leaves-80 Grams
