She hails from Tiruvannamalai and, after earning her degree, she set her sights on a career in the software industry. With a foundational knowledge in HTML and CSS, Harsha successfully navigated her interview at Piccosoft and was subsequently enrolled in the POMP training program for Front End Development and the Angular team.
Once she transitioned to working on projects, Harsha initially found it challenging to manage the responsibilities single-handedly. Nevertheless, she remained undeterred, committing to daily learning and continual improvement. She credits her manager’s constant encouragement and motivational support as pivotal in helping her overcome any challenge with determination.
Harsha's achievements fill her mother with immense pride, especially because she works at an IT company close to their home. This proximity allows Harsha to save on travel time, enabling her to spend more moments with her family.
