Ma'm ,I hv not listened about this recipe before.However this seems to be very yummy. Ma'm why amla catches fungus so soon? Can we store amla achar for long without getting fungus?

Mam Maine aaj hi ye receipy ko banaya . Procedure to pura follow Kiya magar abhi khataas jyada hai kya karun.Receipy to bahut hi yummy hai.
