VERY NICE

This was my first non veg lockdown recipe dish that I cooked as a first time cook. It was just mindblowing. Superb taste. I am from Odisha and I just love Assamese cooking. Very similar to Odia style cooking but a lot more simpler and delicious. I'm happy that I disvovered Assamese cooking through your channel. Please upload some vegetarian dishes from Assam

Murighonto is one of the signature dishes of bengali culture..they cook it with rice & fish head.. muri stands for head & ghonto is a mushy sidedish...in bngali they also call it muro ghanto..fish head ,potato, rice...both non veg ghonto as well as veg ghonto are popular...i also try this dish before with moong dal....but this looks too much mushy....but overall its a nice recipe.. 😊
