I have Venus in 8th house in Virgo Sign in conjunction with Ketu and Sun. Your explanation was precisely to the point sir. I am amongst that critical thinkers and don’t care much about dressing sense as long as one is comfortable. Very informative. I have a debilitated venus in my 11th house. Mercury in conjunction. I opt simple things like clothes, shoes etc, small car though I can afford s luxurious one. My work invironment is not that glamorous. I cannot work with females, so no females in my department. My job is about Business Intelligence and artificial intelligence. Married life is ok but dry. Top of all Scorpio ascendant, adds fuel to fire.

Yes it is a neech vang Raj yog . Because Mercury is exalted in Virgo sign where Venus is debilitated. But if Mercury is combust then Neech vang Raj yog is so weak.
