A total of 6 males from the Ntsevu pride, hopefully they will head eastward into KNP in the coming year or so. The PC males and Ndzenga males can contribute good genetic diversity to the lion gene pool in Sabi Sands: there is too much Birmingham blood--and this is not criticism, still Majingilane, and still Matimba in 1 pride + 1 lioness if Gingerella remains in Sabi Sands and has cubs with someone. Another Mapogo-type 6-pack would definitely not be beneficial for a number of reasons.

This is literally an amazing Dad!🙏♥️♥️♥️. I will say though it might be a good idea for the Avocas to be cautious of the male subs, I noticed them smelling the lionesses. What's going to happen? Don't they have to split up? Aren't there like 7 males??

From what I know, there are 5:3-year-old+ males, and 1:2-year-old+ male; there are 6:3-year-old+ females and 1:2-year-old+ female. And yes, Mohawk would do well to be more cautious around them all, with or without the Birminghams. This brings to mind the video from June or July: Nkuhuma and Styx tried to have dinner with their cousins, and 3 thuggish subadult males chased the Styx male; elephants had them all running at the end, if I remember right.
