Tobias Darkrai is weaker compared to the movie Darkrai. It's probably a random darkrai since it doesn't know Telepathy

My favourite is Magearna, as evidenced by my profile pic lol. In game she actually beats most of the other legendaries and mythicals, just my personal experience, but I know how to use her capabilities very well lol. Her ability is BROKEN, especially in doubles battles, as every time a Pokémon is KOed, whether she did it or not, she gets a Special Attack boost, 2 or 3 of those and she's simply unstoppable. Oh, and just like Manaphy, she has Heart Swap lol. The mythicals are extremely powerful, mostly due to signature abilities that give them an edge, along with stats that equal the most powerful regular Pokémon like Dragonite, Garchomp, Dragapult, Metagross, Salamence etc. With the exception of Arceus, it has 720 BST (120 on each of the 6 stats) as opposed to 600 for all the others.

Mythical Pokemon are basically unobtainable in normal gameplay. They had to be given away in specific events. Either to a specific location, wifi download, or codes that were given away.

This however has been slowly changing recently as Deoxys was obtainable in ORAS and seemingly has been reclassified into a Legendary according to the 1008 Encounters video, Keldeo is fully obtainable through the Crown Tundra DLC for Sword and Shield through a little hidden Easter egg event thing that isn’t time based, and Arceus has Legends Arceus which is a mainline title just like Let’s Go meaning Arceus is a Mythical obtainable via “normal gameplay.”

Deoxys is not weaker than base rayquaza. It was playing with Rayquaza most of the time, tossing it around like canon fodder and was about to ko it but the other deoxys saved rayquaza before they defended themselves against the still enraged Rayquaza
