Been having real difficulties getting good parses on this boss in Heroic, think I'm losing a lot of DPS on having to move all the time due to the beams and soaks. Good to see how a real legend does it!

Thanks! On Nymue if you burn immediately on pull then the middle add in the intermission spawns right as your Surge burn is coming off CD so if you're assigned to it you can carry the damage there.

Do you use a marco that makes AB and Magi send at correct times? Everytime I try a cast sequence or just simple /cast it never works.. the magi casts first then the AB sends. Keep up the great vids

Hey sorry for the late reply. This is the cast sequence macro that I use. On press 1 it casts Arcane Barrage and on press 2 it casts Touch of the Magi. It will work even if you spam click it fast: /castsequence reset=10 Arcane Barrage, Touch of the Magi, Touch of the Magi Thank you for the support!

I noticed you don’t burn mana on pull as the general rotation suggests. Is this because you don’t want to risk getting the mechanic and losing dmg during burn so you get the burn out quicker? Or for timings to get big burn on add?

Killed this boss a few times now and i find myself on pull after surge burn sometimes oom just before touch is back up is it worth for me to just stop casting completely once im like 40% mana if i have bad Rng with my missile procs? I dont clip missiles at all when my first touch is over and double lust is still rolling to try to conserve as much mana as i can but sometimes my rng is just trash

Do you ever cast a arcane blast into barrage on the fourth stack of radiant if the boss is below 30% or is it just more dps to keep blasting instead of having to build back to 4 arcane charges again

It would be more DPS to keep blasting because if you Barrage on the 4th stack you'd have to rebuild your charges during TotM which would be too much of a DPS loss

Hey! how r u? Whats your ilvl? bc i got 470 ilvl rn but my dps is so low, i do 115k 120k even 100k dps. I didnt know bc i do the correct rotation and fill :(

I'm currently ilvl 482 with a lot of best in slot items like 489 Balefire Branch, 489 Nymue staff, and 483 Belor'relos. You definitely need to raise your item level. I'm not sure how your gearing situation is at the moment, but there are still a bunch of upgrades you can get at 470. My best advice would be to sim end of dungeon loot at 470 and see what key items you could get that are upgrades for you and try to farm those out. You can then start looking into using Aspect and Wyrm crests to upgrade your gear. Try to make sure you get at least three 19/20 vault slots each week. If you still feel like your DPS is low afterwards then it's probably an issue with your rotation.

Every time I open up on almost all bosses In raid i find myself burning out of mana and going oom before my evo comes up. Any advice on this?

650k dps on pull is wild to me. May i ask what addon you are using for the damage numbers? I really like how you got the crits poping out and sitting for a second.

To get clearcasting procs to get the 2set bonus quicker

Once you get a Clearcasting proc from Arcane Explosion you can use CoC and Nova for a small chance at extra Clearcasting procs since they both spend mana.

The rotation is Radiant Spark > Nether Tempest > Surge > Barrage > Touch > and then those 3 Blasts are to finish up the Radiant Spark stacks.
