I love Murdoch Mysteries. The time period of the stories is fascinating to me because I can visualize my grandparents' daily lives. They were about the same age as the characters and lived in Nova Scotia and Canada. The stories are a wonderful insite as to how people actually lived then. Mrs. Jennings has done a very in depth research of the time period. Her books are fascinating, I cannot put one down until I have finished it. She has inserted the colorful sayings of the day, a la Inspector Brackenreid, passed down to my father from his father who lived in the time period. Very sincerely, Penny Hutcheson

I have been watching this awesome show here in Australia for some time now, never miss it.... Great turn of the century show that brings into how forensics first came about, totally captivating show.... Great cast members that gel together so well bringing their characters to life beautifully, best show ever.... Awesome to watch the actors bounce off each other and the genuine respect for each others acting and friendship..... Way to go you have totally brought Murdoch Mysteries to life in a brilliant way, I am a truly ardent fan. Thanks for this upload, much appreciated.

As a new Canadian, I really love when they mention names of different places that I know these names are not new and they have been like these for ages.

Used to watch it on Vibe here in New Zealand, as I don't have Vibe channel anymore, Now I have Netflix and I'm starting from season 1, it's great I have so many seasons. Love the show and Yannick's eyes.

I am such a fan. Grew up in Manitoba but live in Colorado. I feel like I should have grown up in that era if for no other reason but to wears those beautiful vintage clothes. I’m so jealous.

I've started watching it in French to improve my listening comprehension - and it's working. The summaries of the episodes on imdb.com and the fact that I've seen the first 4 series in English also help.

We have MM in Texas. I bought the series and watch episodes several times. Each time I find something have missed in prior viewings.

In the same way that a person's actions are not caused by just one thing but usually by several things, so too with Murdoch Mysteries, it's brilliant because of lots of different things. eg, just one of many, I enjoy and find interesting the occasional amusing allusions to FUTURE inventions that weren't yet known in those times. Above all, it and its characters have class and quality, including the working class-type ones.

And in the U.S.!

We watch it in Malaysia, and LOVE it!!!

First season started about month ago here in Finland and I've watched every episode and plan to do the same in future. If I had never noticed that is was a Canadian show I probably wouldn't have picked it up....I'm glad I did :)

" The Murdoch Mysteries" is much easier to follow than "Sherlock Holmes."

I found it in The United States and am missing the seasons after season 7 on Netflex. Want to watch the rest of them. Really love it and am wanting to know what happened to Thomas. hope it comes back on Netflex soon to finish seasons.

If it wasn't for Yannick being on Aurora Teagarden Mysteries I wouldn't have ever found this show.

CBC also shows us another Toronto Canada series, "Frankie Drake mysteries". I also like the movie. Interesting costumes and hats for laidies. I like that Frankie rides a motorcycle. Other stories are also interesting, but Murdoch's Mysteries are more interesting. Another TV show for us is the Australian film "Miss Fisher's Investigation". Well there are wonderful 30th century costumes and hats. A real fashion show.

Love the fact that actors talk about how much fun they have. how much fun with crew etc. I've worked in film for many years in many departments. Started as a PA and moved all over and can unequivocally say (have both DGC and IATSE). Actors get freaking moody, certainly don't treat ALL crew members nicely. I was always really happy and helpful on set. It's a fucking hierarchy on the crew side. Believe me, it's like any company but worse because people work 16, 18 hour days. Everyone gets freaking nasty. Just an honest assessment. Actors can be real cunts. I love this show BTW Finally CBC made a great show. Every single department, art, set dec, costume, makeup, lighting, direction, etc. A perfect show. Really impressed. a fabulous bunch of work on all ends.

I like the actors, the film and the 19th century costumes, Music, and the progress shown in the film, which is fully shown in the film. The wise detective and inventor William Henry Murdoch. I like that Constable George learns a lot from Murdoch and also focuses on mystical things. He is interested in everything New that comes into life. Also very surprising are the very knowledgeable doctor Julie Ogden and Emily Grace. I understand that the actresses had to learn a lot. It's like Jane Seimur in the US series "Dr. Quinn medicine woman." ❤️ 👏 👍 🌹 💐 🌹 💐 🌹 💐 🌹 💐 🌹 💐

I like👍Pendrika's inventions and I imagine how it is Yaneck Bisson to fly over the waterfall, to ride a Pendrika car at 70km per hour. Pretty funny. 👏

USA. State of Maine. Penobscot County. Excellent detective show. Streamed S 1 an 2 via Netflix. Will Netflix buy the other seasons?

Why does Yannick look at Jennings all the time...lol...lol..? It's almost like he's wondering what he should or shouldn't say...I wish they would spill more info...lol...I love MM. On that note. It was nice to see Jennings speak about the show. She's delightful.

Love Murdoch Mysteries... Yannick's absurdly exaggerated V-neck? Not so much.

I don't like this series, and it is too slow for me! Think it is reruns here in the U.S.! Change the channel when it is on!
