Oh man, their bloopers are just as funny as the show itself.

By all accounts, MST3K was a grueling, unglamorous, low-paying gig for its entire run, but the familial bond between the writers and actors is unmistakably what made it great.

I really love how the bots stay in character. Especielly 26:47 when Crows head is on fire. "Oh my God. Well, I'll be in my trailer."

I like how the puppeteers never appear on screen and the puppets react authentically to the crap going on onscreen. Even though everyone knows it's fake, it's nice to still have some amount of emersion.

Robert Jindra My guess is thats because they only had seasons 7 and 8 to work off of before they felt like they had to release another Poopie, 28 episodes in total. While this one is from seasons 2-6, 109 episodes in total. So they probably just collected a lot more funny ones. While the second Poopie was likely more realistic to what things were usually like when they flubbed a line.

16:45 it's still bizarre to hear them swear on this tape.

As if I ever doubted, this proves how much fun it was to work on this show.

Greg Lytle While I don't doubt they had fun, I also don't doubt that they also suffered as well. Along with many movies that were painful to watch, they also went through several issues like continuing the show after season 7 (where they had to move to the sci-fi channel). Still, it goes to show how much they loved their work.

I love how Crow and Tom stayed in character whenever something went wrong

I love how the other puppets react to the bloopers in character. It just makes it even more funny.

Johndoe12211 After enough time, nearly all puppeteers do that. Look up some of the Muppets blowing takes. It's not the operators flubbing lines, it's the critters on the ends of their arms doing it.

Man this show looked so fun to work on...

Poor Trace's hat. It told its whole family it was gonna be on the show, too.

Mike and Frank were already friends and had worked in restaurants together prior to joining MST. That's why so many of these bloopers are triggered by the two of them making eye contact with each other. This also explains why so many riffs and skits from this period had to do with waiting tables.

03:21 - "IT IS A VERY POWERFUL THING." 05:02 - I love how that laugh comes out of nowhere. It'd be impossible to keep a straight face there. 05:28 - Joel blows it. 06:55 - Mike "Torgo" Nelson 07:11 - "LINE!" 24:23 - "SLEEEEP-- IN HEAVENLY PEACE!"

When Frank breaks the SOL title, somebody yells "hot glue!" This show was built with hot glue :) haha

Gypsy- jaw falls off, not phased at all. Tom- Falls off the counter with barely a complaint. The Mads- literally everything, laughs and giggles Joel- calls waffles, pancakes, only mildly annoyed. Mike- confused during most lines, annoyed Crow- losing his crest, 2:18

Gotta luv how Kevin (Voice Of Tom Servo) Is just improvising the hell out of his lines as hes having a blast with these puppet mistakes XD!

How did I not notice until *today* that Dr. Forrester has a white stripe in his moustache to match the one in his hair.

Specifically the spider bit. Clearly some box from someone's kid's toy but they just keep working with it.

Frank seems like such a soft touch, he has such Uncle energy.

it's not very often bloopers like this make me laugh but these are hilarious. the actors and the robot failures are hilarious and everyone of them makes me smile if not laugh
