The lady singer is clearly a pro and gigs a LOT. As soon as she knocked on his guitar to match the lyrics, you know she has had a ton of stage time working with live bands. Plus, no pitchiness, no nervousness, perfect level of vibrato, perfect phrasing, etc, etc. She sings for a living or it's her side gig and gets booked a lot. Superb musician.

Love how she calls herself Liberty despite her knowing she'd probably be sussed out. Girl doesn't want stardom, she wants freedom. What a timeless voice, what a great guitarist and amazing impomptu back up. The best yet ❤

@@carollxo1019 A lot of people suspect she's someone famous. She has the talent and stage presence of a professional performer, and the fact that she kept her sunglasses and helmet on, then tried to sneak off at the end and didn't really talk to the sax players suggested to me that she wanted to leave before someone recognised her. I've seen a lot of comments from people who think it's Michelle Phillips from The Mamas and Papas, but she's from LA and Liberty said she's lived in NYC most of her life. At first I thought it might be Deborah Harry, but then I saw a comment from someone convinced that she's Rita Moreno, and I think they might be right! She looks and sounds a lot like Rita!

@@lazardetlic8097 Rita is 91 but looks at least 20 years younger in my opinion! I saw her in interviews for 80 For Brady this year, and the only thing that gave her age away was her neck which is covered here. She's had quite a bit of work done on her face too.

I think she very well could have been Debbie Harry . Just because you're in your 60s or 70s doesn't mean you're not physically fit period the woman is riding the bike with 50 pounds strapped to the back of it .

Wish you would have spent more time with her instead of talking to the boys. She is special, unique and deserved it. You should reach out to her and make an album with her. Michelle Phillips. Fantastic.

Reggie, hate to say it cuz I sound like a scolding parent, but it was extremely rude how you just turned your back on your "guest"/customer & went all fanboy over the guys!!!! She's your priority, not them! And talk about missing a golden opportunity! What a chump😅

What just happened??????????????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I agree with her feelings about NYC, but NYC just got some cred back with this encounter. Absolutely loved this random interaction with them all. You just never know what is beneath the surface of people you pass by.

Liberty- Wherever Bob Marley is right now, he is smiling because you did him proud. I never heard that Amy Winehouse song before but I bet she is mighty pleased that not only did you remember her, you paid her a beautiful homage. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You. The saxophones were a phenomenal accompaniment, & of course, Reggie, you're the best.

This just proves that talent, rhythm and soul, can come in the most unexpected packaging. She was absolutely adorable! And how serendipitous that the backup should just happen to be walking down the street. “New York moment,” is right!
