The thing I find great about Bryan's Dish was how he made everything seem better than it was. All it is is a bell pepper with cottage cheese and crackers, carrots, and bacon. But how he said it was the REAL masterpiece.

bryan im not a pro cook but i think u should have cut the bell pepper in half and then cook the bell pepper in oil and then after put the cottage cheese in it nicely. the rest i think was a good touch to the plate that would have been better
