The “decorate with me” videos are my favorite. Great idea using the spanish moss, it really pulls everything together.

Love love love!!! I do a witchy theme every year in my moms garage for trick or treaters and we call it the “witches den”. Moss and random glass bottles always take it over the top! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻✨🎃✨👻✨🎃✨👻✨🎃✨

The Spanish moss definitely brought it together! I love it. I have some of those Gothic arch window things that I got at Hobby Lobby. I could never get into the white washed, brown look on it but loved the shape and ended up spraying them black. You did great! 🧡🖤

I can't begin to tell you how much I LOVE this theme!! The witchy apothecary look just looks so incredibly stunning on your mantle. I love the natural elements that were added it just made all the difference and making it look so creepy and antique and authentic. I really loved all the beautiful apothecary bottles that you had in the signs were just beautiful the only thing I wanted to add was on the branchy trees that you put on top of the spider platforms that you use the museum clay to a fix sort of sideways over the pots on those I wanted to put some crows to cover the pots but the use of the museum clay was a genius idea so you can achieve the angle that you want to achieve. I love the displays on the shelves I really really love the coffee table with the Spanish moss and a spooky book and those hands from lakeside collection were just amazing they went so well with the theme and is amazing as it looked in the daylight it looked twice as amazing at night when it was lit up just one of the very favorite of Jade's mantles that I've seen, spooky sophistication! 💜🕷️🧹

I LOVE this theme for your mantle and living room! My mantle and hearth are covered with every pumpkin and Jack O' Lantern I own... did my DIY spooky village (Christmas village pieces I thrifted and painted black) on my dining room table... and I have a coffee table dedicated to our potion collection... the kiddos and I make potions out of hi-liters, and set up a black light so all the bottles glow 🎃🎃🎃

@ Mariah Townsend Just curious, how do you use the highlighters? Color the glass? Add the ink to water? I have a small collection of uranium glass, which also glows under a blacklight. My plan is to eventually have a bunch of toys, art, and figurines, as well as, potion bottles that will all glow under a blacklight.

Yes!!!! Night of the Demons is a MUST! such a fun 80s cult classic. I watch it a couple times a year.

I did an Edgar Allen Poe theme this year in my living room with several black trees ,skulls,ravens,vintage bottles,quill and ink well, Leather journal,a beautiful leather bound book of the complete works of Edgar Allen Poe ,old wine bottles with candles, vintage eye glass collection that is framed and vintage key collection that is also framed, a big black urn and a bird cage with a red beating heart I made by wrapping red crepe paper wrapped around a luminaire candle.A giant white real pumpkin, and I also used Spanish moss that I painted some white and some black because I gathered mine from my yard so needed to make sure it was bug free. I absolutely love how it all came together and want to keep it up all year. Then I did an all vintage Halloween kitchen this year.

Great job! I don't have a set theme every year; I create multiple vignettes with themes. The mantel is mostly bats, the hearth has all of my pumpkin decor, the stand under the TV Day of the Dead, then miscellaneous groupings around the room. I will decorate a table according to nearby wall decor (witches, etc). The theater room is usually spiders, the front hall skulls. Happy belated birthday!!

Wow Ghoul Jade...this is the bomb! My favorite is a Lair with a Inviting Spell Atmosphere , potions, bottles of spooky items and candles! I just re did my altar, which I keep up all year since this is my sacred prayer area and I just added all my Witch figures and items given to be or I have collected all around my apartment. Of Course Samhain is a big Festival " Feast of the Dead" and the beginning of the darker half of the seasons. We celebrate half way through Autumn Equinox and Winter Solstice . Light the Fire, , eat , drink and honor at a time when the veil is thin between the living and the spirit world. Great Job Jade Happy Halloween and Blessed Be to you and your family including your little precious doggies.

I love everything about this mantle. So gorgeous. The whole cottage witch look Is so pretty. You said something about old pictures and I was like hey I also collect old slightly creepy pictures from antique shops. It creeps my husband out but I have them hanging on my picture wall and on my book cases.
