Such a great album .. the energy thst Bowie injected into his music .. and the palette of sounds! Utter genius!
When a looks to his Eyes they was Blue but Nobody Home 😂😂Fantastic 🖤
Yep! The Weekend!
pretty song by a pretty man
Listen to A Better Future from album heathen. Also Black Tie, White Noise: about the Rodney King riots, and you really have to watch the brilliant video. Awesome duet with hiphop/rapper superstar. Always suggested with love for my man, the brilliant POPE.
You never know what to expect from Bowie. He was one of a kind and my favorite musician of all time. I always say there’s music, and there’s Bowie!

So true!
in montreal dance clubs were starting to have bit 2ftx2ft color TVs suspended on the ceiling and "giant" projection screens, and the video for Bowie's songs were on it
For yet other different Bowie songs, you can try "Stay", then "The heart's filthy lessons", then "Where are we now ?", then "African Night Flight"... and I'm gonna stop here for today 'cause I could go on with his whole repertoire...
Have a listen to Bowie's 'Rock 'n' Roll Suicide', one of his earlier tracks that doesn't get much reaction attention.

That’s a must!
I love your reactions to Bowie I was 15 when his first album was released! Bowie has always been outside the box, and some didn’t get it and some got it. You got it! Thank you for sharing!☮️❤️
Forest says, "David Bowie is like a box of chocolates. You never know what you're gonna get".
Go to the same album and react to 'It's No Game, Part 1'.
Bowie was fearless. A true artist. Many of his fans are still catching up to some of the work he did.

Bowie was a no-bullshit Genius. Crazy talented. Self-educated to unbelievable level of awareness and knowledge. Every album is a treasure trove!
Some great Bowie songs to react to would be either his cover of Wild is the Wind or the live 1978 version of Station to Station.

Kia ora (hello) from Aotearoa new zealand hay bro I saw David Bowie in 1983 at Western springs stadium auckland Aotearoa new zealand i was almost 13 year's old my dad was given tickets and back stage pass x four he was friends with the promoter Hugh Lynn it was and still is to this day the biggest crowd in one place in Aotearoa new zealand it was THE SERIOUS MOONLIGHT TOUR for the LET'S DANCE ALBUM. I still find it hard to get my head around the fact he's not HERE WITH US ANYMORE 😥😥😭💔
Yup. Bowie was genius. The great Robert Fripp on that crazy guitar. Check out "Because You're Young" on the same album. He has Pete Townshend of "The Who" playing guitar on that track! Blessings.

Fripp was one of the greats. You recognize him immediately on any album.

Ashes to ashes, same album. So good. Also Cat People(Putting out fire with gasoline) with Stevie Ray Vaughan off Let's Dance.

He was so many people wrapped up in the skin of ONE
Haven't heard this song for years. Thanks for reminding me of it. Heart's Filthy Lesson would be a great one to do.... definitely the live version
That's my old chum Robert playing that fierce lead guitar.
this is one of my fav albums, the whole album goes crazy
The great Robert Fripp on guitar
The live video with Reeves Gabrels is a must see version of the song.
Fripp really does himself proud to add menace to this track
So many great tracks on this album! “Ashes to Ashes” (the 2nd installment of the Major Tom trilogy) “Fashion” “Up the Hill Backwards”
Thanks, man! David is all killer NO filler!
I was 13 when this album came out ... I listened to Bowie, prog rock, new wave ...very lucky indeed!
Unique sounds right Pope? Keep rocking!
A genius indeed
To me this is the first example of "industrial rock" specifically, released at a time when the original first wave of "industrial music" was at its height.
Gotta check out Lou Reed walk on the wild side.
Try Bowie’s The Heart’s filthy lesson, killer song!
“We Are the Dead”

i felt that
One of my favs! 😊
this was 1980. It seems to me you're an open minded person who is open to listen to different music so I think you can listen to some Bowie's music that many people find too difficult. I think the most difficult record Bowie recorder was Lodger (1979) and I think a song on that album is an absolute masterpiece both musically and vocally but It's difficult to listen too so you could not like it It's called Look back in anger. give it a try. another thing. all the musicians who worked with him from 1974 onwards were virtuosos because his music is difficult to play.
Labyrinth the movie, he does the music I love the Chilly Downs.
😒🙄😁🤗 We all got "scary monsters & super creeps" inside us. 😉 Trick is deciding which days of the week they get to take over. 🧛🏿♀️🐰 #ENRGYZRBunny
Hey Pope, you have the title as "Scary Movies" instead of Monsters. May effect your views. Great selection!
Hey Pope! BOWIE!!!!💀👺☠👹👻👿
darn autocorrect on the title😤😂
