The photo that creeps people out a lot is a computer AI image of ‘the backrooms’. This is a popular concept, similar to SCP but instead an infinite amount of ‘levels’. These are just different parts of the backrooms. The photo specifically shows the backrooms’ ‘level 0’.

I have had an experience with a liminal space before, my school. My high school is very long and skinny, about a quarter of a mile in length, the whole thing has just one super long hallway with all of the classrooms on it. I had stayed in the building after school to work on a poster for a school play coming up and I stayed until 6:00 pm, because of how late it was, no one was in the building but me and a few others who were working with me. Walking down the hallway, a chill went down my spine as if someone or something were watching me, it was completely silent except for the humming of the fluorescent lights and the clacking of my shoes, my mind started playing tricks on me, seeing spiders crawling around on the edge of my vision only for them to disappear upon turning my head, it gave me the chills and I picked up the pace and got out as fast as I could, the fear was completely irrational and made no sense to me until watching this.

I've been inside the tunnels connecting every building and the parking garages 3-8 stories underground on the Kansas City Country Club Plaza, mostly known as the Plaza, ie The Plaza Lights from Christmas songs. You get the sense that people have died down there and may still be there, and you can really feel their presence.

There is a round building in Tampa Fl. where my wife worked for over 20 years. The inside was round also and it felt very odd to walk through it, going in a circle. The areas between the cubicles on either side was rather narrow and I got a strange feeling in the few times that I was there.

I worked for a hospital in the early 2000s, and daily had to clean the floors of the sub-basement (very much a liminal space) at night. There were often unnerving oblivious non-answering individuals whom i'd never met (patients, workers?) wandering the strange uneven, oddly oversized halls, elevators which opened randomly which you would NEVER get into unless you summoned them, and a morgue door that was very often rattling as if someone were shaking it. Once I got into the elevator (dubbed 'Rosie') as it opened by itself and was taken to the empty floor that had been recently gutted for renovation. the elevator stopped and refused to move once the door opened. The elevators are very old and at the time there was no way to remotely control them. I stood in the elevator for 10 minutes and realized it wasn't moving. I then realized there were other elevators in the locked area, so I left in search of them. They had been covered over and weren't going to be used in the new floorplan. I went back to the elevator I came from after checking the stairwell doors (which had been locked with double deadbolts (keys inside and out which I had none). I got to the elevator only to find it SLAM closed SUDDENLY AND FORCEFULLY 4 inches from my face. AFTER 4 HOURS it came back to take me to the sub-basement. I called security once I was near a phone and asked if they could send somebody that I'd explain once they got there and that I wasn't in danger. When Donnie (the security guard doing rounds) got there I asked if they could lock it off since It was acting up. He just laughed and said "It won't do any good..." then locked it open, stepped back out and we watched it close go up stopping on all of the floors and back down then he unlocked it saying "See." so we walked away past the wildly shaking morgue door with obvious shadows of legs under the door. I looked at Donnie and he just looked back at me and calmly said "nobody's in there you know, security has the only key and I haven't let anybody in there since I did the first checks when I got here."

The closest I can come to a liminal space that I've encountered was this weird brick building in my youth. Somewhere far north in Minnesota. The entire building, and block it was on just had a feeling of, well if I had to give it a word, "wrongness" about it. Almost as if you had stumbled into a Masonic Temple without permission. But that wasn't the freaky part. It was so... empty inside, so lonely. The long corridors were empty, paved with cobblestone and brick. But the worst thing to me, at least from what I recall, was the green glass covers over all the lightbulbs up and down said hallways. At least I hope they were covers, cuz the lights were all green. Gives me chills just thinking about that place.

i live in an orphanage that i think is haunted. once, i was walking down the hall coming back from school. no on else was with me except i kept getting the feeling i wasn't alone. i had suddenly felt a cold hand on my shoulder but when i turned around there was no one there. i heard something woosh past behind me and i turned around to see a shadowy figure standing in a door way. i blinked and it was gone. i shook it off thinking it was my imagination when i saw the same figure out of the corner of my eye. i slowly turned around to see nothing do i called out. a few seconds afterwards, the black shadow rushed towards me. it got so close i could see its facial features. it was a young girl with a stout nose and small eyes. she seemed to be around 6 years old. she dissipated almost as fast as she appeared and i spun on my heels and ran. iv never gone to that hallway again but i still feel like somethings always watching me...

The backrooms game's idea has been taken from the real backrooms. It is an entity area which is enter by some liminal places like from an empty mall in ohio. Ohio is like most common place for going to the backrooms by writting F74 on hand here,F74 is a key 🔑 letter to go to backrooms, the United States has been sending people to backrooms from like 80's.And one more thing this liminal space is called level 0

Sometimes I walk into my bathroom and things aren't as they should be. For one thing, it's the size of a gymnasium. Then there's the geese all over the place that come charging at me with murder in their eyes. I have to quickly retreat and slam the door shut. A few hours later, I can't hold it in any longer and very cautiously open the door. Everything is back to normal again. Or so I thought. It was then that I noticed the body in the bathtub. It was wearing a Mylar jumpsuit, lying facedown. This seemed very off to me. I called the police. When I told them my address they fell silent for a few seconds then informed me that this neighborhood was demolished 8 years ago when a military test went bad. I heard someone in the background say "You're either talking to a crackpot or a ghost. Hang up on the asshole." Bewildered, I walked outside and, indeed, what I saw was not the Joliet, IL I expected to see. Or any other place on earth for that matter. When I turned to go back in the house it was now a huge 3 story plantation home, complete with columns in the front. Upon entering I discovered an attractive woman frying bass in an iron pot on a large wood fired cook stove. I thought to myself I could get used to this. Until she said, "If you've got to use the bathroom use it now before them geese come back. They's MEAN!

Liminal space. I was at a sports stadium on a school trip with no major activity at the time. The curving hallway space that is designed to be used my thousands of people is definitely weird without those same numbers of people. The fore shortened spaces which incorporates noise reduction design make judging distances and sounds unfamiliar. If you think about it museums use the some of the same design tricks and that creepy feeling when you find yourself alone in them is well documented. 😉❣️

Since I am a scout, I of course have pranks for winter camp. Fellow Scouts listen. When me and my friends do bloody Mary, I have a trick. Here's how it goes. Get a random trustful scout in on the deal and get them to go behind the mirror. After the chant is called they will press their hand to the back of the glass. Then sit back and wait for the screams. We haven't tested it yet but we know it's possible because of the gap (behind the mirror) that my friend told me about.

Dye tracing studies have demonstrated that some of the spring's water comes from the Laigne River which disappears underground in the Gouffre de la Garenne at Villaines-en-Duesmois, 43.5 kilometres (27.0 mi) from Tonnerre. There is also a connection between the spring and the Gouffre d'Athée" Sigh

I think he has already done a couple, kind of like that. However, I think it would be a little boring, as the conclusion is always that it is fake. If anything paranormal was real, it definitely would have been proven by now. I think people, who believe in ghosts, don't get just how absurd it would be. It would completely contradict our understanding of physics.

@Joshua Ryder There's a hole in the dungeon area of the castle. Allegedly, prisoners would be lowered into it (it would go deeply underground), the prisoners would scream, and come out petrified and old. The residents of the village thought the hole to be a gateway to Hell, as demons would supposedly come out to terrorize the villagers. They eventually opted to seal the hole, but centuries later, the Nazis would use the castle for their own experiments.

I know it's silly and staring into a mirror won't open a portal to other dimensions or evil beings, but tbh there is no chance I will ever test that. That mirror-reflection-isn't-me concept in movies freaks me out big time.

9:09 I saw a ring at the end of an air show and the image on the left matches the one I saw. Also the one I saw was caused by a explosion, as part of the show, a mushroom cloud formed, and the cloud pushed itself together creating a compact cloud ring.

hes right about mirrors being a portal for spirits, infact, that's probably the main thing spirits travel by. if you have 2 mirrors facing each other (in a haunted house or somewhere that has had paranormal activity) that's called a 'hellroad' its a major portal for spirits to travel through, if you have that even in a non haunted house, id get rid of it just incase. I've actually been to a haunted hellroad and it felt like I had 2 walls squishing me, my heart was pounding aswell, when I looked in the mirror once I saw a faint girl screaming, the mouth looked as if it was open about a foot from each lip, then disappeared the moment I put the camera on it. i also had some equipment with me, took a spirit box in there, and asked "how many spirits are in here?" the moment I heard the answer, my heard dropped. "ask again or you die" I ran out the moment I heard that and that's why I quit ghost hunting

Liminal space. Finch station connection hallway in Toronto Canada. Has yellow walls, rundown looking and tends to be very quiet and not very busy. Plus being the end of the line makes it eerie. When i was younger i always thought going past it would bring you into a parallel universe. To much fringe lol.
