But that would be protecting interest of the country, and that may help Modi, so he chose to suggest Indian authorities are behind these killings. The question is not who claims what, but who has the guts to stand up and question them publicly. How many countries asked this question to USA and its allies openly, and dragged them to court or held them accountable? This is the hard power western countries have. Stupid take. It's not about Britain or India. It's whether the statement is from a country that is involved in the conflict vs the country largely seen to be outsiders to it. It's similar to how Indian or any other country's watchdogs are invited to witness the authenticity of elections in different countries. Since they are a third party their claims can be taken more seriously.

It is too far fetched to even suggest that Indian intelligence agencies would be so stupid as to do so many acts in succession or using the same MO. Also remember that national and international terrorism, intrigue, and violence have all been in the psyche of Pakistan and ISI for all too long unlike India. The real question in my mind is: Are so many being made fools of by just Pakistan, or is this a larger plot others also are participating in with Pakistan to discredit India?

Really disappointed with Mr. Gupta about the "depends on the context" comment & quoting the super-woke left-liberal Ivy league three American college Presidents' congressional testimony from yesterday. When a person uses a threat of violence, there is no more context needed. If I threaten to harm Mr. Gupta, would that need any additional context, other than my words that I use? Freedom of speech stops when there's a threat of violence (Genocide of Jews in this case). Mr. Gupta is just as ridiculous as these academic elites. So disappointed.

Be specific on your argument. How the antisemitism and liberal ivy leagues, combined with these killings. I think the current problem in ME i.e. Israel and Hamas conflicts has no connection to these killings discussions. I think the discussion on any controversial issues should be discussed openly with facts and with equal respect for the opinions from both sides at the educational institutes. That is the only way the well informed public opinion form. The Free speech is a constitutional right so let listen each other with respect and at least no hates.

Bharat agencies should change the tone of their response. Something more muscular than, "India convicted without evidence". For example, say that: Bharat government has a responsibility to keep its citizens safe and takes all threats against them seriously, no matter where they originate; Bharat will use all tools available to appropriately 'pacify' such threats.

Response to violence cannot be ahimsa or non action, only because of this docile attitude and non action, the enemies got emboldened. Response to extreme violence can only be violence as well. If the enemy is not assured of retaliation, he will continue to inflict violence and trouble.

It is coming out now because it has been happening regularly since the past 4-5 months. The frequency is quite stunning. After Nijjar every week at least one or two are being packed off. @@lightyork8268 You are right, but as a Sikh, let me tell you that Khalistanis are also claiming Himachal Pradesh which is 95% Hindu, they are claiming Haryana which is 86% Hindu and the people here are largely Pahadi, Haryanvis etc that speak Hindi or a variant of Hindi. Very few actually speak proper Punjabi or consider themselves Punjabi even though they respect Sikh Gurus....Then by that logic, we can ask them to claim Lahore or West Punjab which is 98% Muslim and hardcore Punjabi

This man seems to be very unhappy about these killings.

There are 4 major countries of concern where Khalistanis are creating havoc i.e. Canada, UK, US and Italy.
