Was just thinking that the reason I’m subscribed to your channel is because you don’t spend 10 minutes telling people to subscribe and your always respectful to the places you go, never making up stories. Oh and of course your videos are great. 👍

Yeah I rate this channel far and above over the many other urbex I watch!
I live just down the road from this place, it was a biker who lived on his own, died one day and the land got passed on to an old guy down the road from this place and he hasn't touched it since. A few things you missed in the video on the back side of the property just by the road there are a few old sheds full of old rusty bike parts exhausts wheels etc, the guy was a serious classic bike collector. There was a lot more stuff in there a few months ago it looks like someone has taken a lot and by the way the bedroom light still works after all this time 😂

So sad, I wonder if he had any relatives, seems like he collected memorabilia, shame to see memories of a life disappear

How could the place passed onto a friend.. There were baby pics didn't he have a family of his.
Sad to think all someones possessions being taken back by nature, but It's not the first time and certainly won't be the last. Great little place. The torch in the shed was one where you twisted the front off to replace the battery, my dad had one like it and one that looked the same but was ..... rechargable. we thought we were very sophisticated.
One of the main things I love about your explores is how you point out detail. It may be run down, but there is beauty in it. Thanks again Adam!! Much love!!

Just like me antique run down but they're still beauty in it
Hi Mark, when I saw you were on your own I was concerned, what if you fell, had an accident, unconscious. so far from help….but hopefully Lisa and Dale would know your whereabouts. I would suggest when exploring a place with so much mold that you have gloves handy (as you said yourself), but also a mask to protect your lungs as well. Feeling sad when I see personal items, all those photos in a drawer, and throughout, photos taken in happier times, a life and lives that have lived within those walls… nature now reclaiming it all… sickened when I see the trashing. You are always so respectful, you explore with such care. Always look forward to your ventures/ adventures, you are my favourite Explorer. Warm greetings from Canada for you, Lisa and Dale….hugs guys🤗🤗🤗 (I’m a Mom of four sons, grown men now… so I come to you with my concerns for your safety naturally as a Mom❣️)

@@karenmcdonald7801 Certain molds, especially black mold, can be inhaled and cause serious damage to the lungs and even death. My friend had a cousin whose husband died as a result of black mold from working in the basement of their home renovating it. Taking certain, reasonable, precautions is just a smart move. Life is uncertain enough as it is, why take chances.

I always enjoy your explores…but I always get sad about photos left behind. Thanks Adam !!!
I love watching your videos, though sad. I do hope you don't go alone. Please tell me you're with someone?? I'm a mom and old, and worry, what if something happened to you? Sorry, I can't help it. I'm a mom. Thank you for sharing!!
shame that place such a mess. It’s sad when relatives don’t come back and reclaim their loved ones belongings/property. Another fab video Adam!

I can’t go to sleep unless I watch your presentation. You are sooooooo awesome . Keep up the great work. Love ❤️ you lots.
What a brilliant place that mate. I used to be abit of a biker back in my younger days. He was probably in to the classic bikes, like you said Harley’s, triumph, Ariel that sort of thing. Another great video.
As Im getting older these videos make me want to declutter..
Strange how the kitchen was outside separate. From the outside it looks like a shed/greenhouse. I think you're right- 2 men lived there. Great explore as always. 😃👍
Thanks for the lovely explore as always Adam 😊 And a special 'thank you' for not getting the necrophonic/EMF devices out. Whilst these items are cool investigative tools, I sensed happy vibes from this home, and I hope you sensed them too 😊
This was an amazing 📼, Adam. I'm thinking that this bloke might have been English but traveled to the States for a motorcycle expedition around LA. But it was a shame to see everything left behind, though.
Sad it was left to decay. Beautiful furniture. I can picture in my mind what it once looked like. Awesome place Adam. 😊👍
omg! when you said ‘Alexa Seattle, no satellite TV’ my Alexa turned in and explained to me in detail about Seattle! 🤣🤣
I love to watch you explore because you are so thorough in explaining what you see and you show a lot of respect for the old buildings even when there isn’t much of it left but decay. I also like when Dale comes along for the explore because the two of you can joke with each other about the things you are seeing that it makes for a more enjoyable time.
Adam you have done it again! You are by far the best at exploring abanded houses!
Great explore. I normally watch the explores in the late evening, before bed, when it's quiet. I couldn't wait to see this one, so I took a lunch break and watched it.
💜💜💜 Cool find. Thanks for sharing. I'm thinking it was a father and son living there. That's why one room was more modern.
Great video. I think it was a father and son living there. There were a couple of nice pieces of furniture there that I would love to restore. The buffet and the wardrobe for a start. Couldn't believe how overgrown the garden was. I guess it doesn't take long for nature to take over. Good job Adam. Looking forward to the next one.
Excellent experience and truly amazing filming along with commentary keep up the superb work.
That map was a topographic map. To see the difference in elevation. Also in the structure of the mountains. And finding ol glory in that 1st bedroom. Couple weeks ago it was the star and bars. It's good that you put where you were. The house even looks American. Very nice.
Fascinated by watching these abandoned houses especially where you see beautiful antique furniture in them Love watching your channel Great work
It's heartbreaking to see someone's life come to this .. The memories from photo's are all gonna be lost in time.... Thank guys another great explore....
I like your showes very much, you remind me of my grandson. God bless you 🙏
Lynmouth is in Devon. Great video 😊
That was a damn good 👍 video.Leaves a lot to the imagination. He probably loved his privacy way back in the piney woods.Peaceful.I truly loved the video 😊❤️. Stand Strong and Stay Safe.
So wish I could see these places before they get trashed ❤️
I've seen this place done before but nowhere near as good as yours Adam. It was trashed back then approximately 2 years ago and but the kitchen roof was not like that. From the previous search that was done it was a father and son who lived there and it looks like they both had their own sitting room and own bedroom just shared the kitchen and bathroom. But the pair of them would sit together quite often to watch movies etc. The son was a motorbike mechanic.

Eres insuperable , es un inmenso placer escuchar tus relatos ,genial exploración !!! Como siempre ,desde Argentina un cálido abrazo ,mil gracias por adentrarnos en lugares tan marabillosos y apasionantes . FUERZA !!! LA LUZ TE ILUMINE SIEMPRE EN TUS RECORRIDOS.
Great explore Adam. Not sure if anyone has mentioned this but the postcard from Lynmouth is in North Devon on the border of Somerset. Keep up the great work.
Hi Adam this looks like one of the prefabricated houses from after the war, they were used for temporary housing some when no longer needed were sold of flat pack style and the people that bought them would buy a bit of land and put them up on that land. Cheap housing that lasted a while.
You are so lucky to find these houses I watch and just cannot imagine there is no one that claims this stuff and property. What happens to their bank accounts... you are resectful..you deserve a free truckload of antiques .if you do ghosts or don't I just love these abandoneds.
Adam I just want to say how much I LOVE ur video’s. U r so respectful to all the things U see and touch. U and Dale really r very good together, both of u laugh at each other which makes the video very enjoyable. Keep them coming, love to U, Lisa and Dale!!!!
Your vids always make me want to run off into the woods and explore creepy shacks. Then again how bout you just keep doing it for us from the comfort of our couch. Much better. Great video as always. Cheers 🍻

A midweek explore, what a nice surprise. Thanks Adam. I like the way you talk us through the explore, it’s like we are there with you. Can’t wait for the next one.
Looks like he was a bit of a reader and it seems he had many different interest! Thank you for sharing this with us!
How beautiful yet sad...I'd love to have a little place tucked away in the woods. Thank you for sharing your journeys!! 💙🇺🇸
Hey thanks for a midweek surprise...nice to see an old biker episode! Used to ride bikes in the '80s :)
I love your adventures. I think the kitchen had a roof with a leak, someone covered it with a tarp, which overtime, it all fell in. Keep exploring, I'll keep watching. I would have a screaming fit, with all the spider webs and such. 🌏
As promised a midweek AME..what a great find 👍thanks Adam 😊♥
What a strange little place, especially that kitchen! I think it was a man alone , heavily into classic British bikes, specifically Ariel ‘s he obviously liked traveling possibly to bike meetings, hence the Netherlands Ariel club badge. I think he got the American flag and Map as memorabilia, possibly being given the flag from an American fellow bike enthusiast . As always thank you for another great explore and for you being a very respectful young man
HiAdam great find ,you always show as much as you can ,isn’t it sad ,do you ever feel any thing in their . Makes you wonder where his relatives are as theirs so many pictures, thanks for sharing lv Ann uk ❤️❤️✋✋🇬🇧
It really is a Window into Someone's Life. Interesting to be sure. Thanks again Adam for another wonderful Explore!
Thanks Adam I love your explores and the respect you show for the abandon places. You are my favorite explorer. Thank you so much.
The burl on that wardrobe is insane! The split doors look like 2 skulls or alien heads ...just staring back at you from the foot of the bed. It's too bad you couldn't squeeze it all into one shot. But you get a glimpse of them as you open the doors @18:02 & @18:17. Thanks for another great video Adam. PEACE-OUT!
Very interesting finding. I like those leather armchairs. Thank you Adam. 😎👍
What a great find. Lots of stuff to look thru. Love it. Thanks again. 😘 love to all.
Great explore Adam, well done. I would have said Father and Son lived there. The 3D map is used to show mountain ranges, so a special place for their memories. Sad all that history rotting away, those magazines and books are worth a fortune to a collector. Hi to Lisa and Dale, stay safe and thank you 💕🇦🇺
Another great video on your part The one thing I can't get my head around is why morons feel the need to smash trash and destroy these amazing places as much as it angers me it upsets me even more some absolutely great fascinating items in there
I enjoy watching your videos, keep on traveling
Hi Adam, from Michigan, U S.. I love your Channel. You always find the most interesting places. I wish I could be able to explore places with you. You are so awesome ! Thank you for all you do to bring us these always amazing Videos !!
Another great explore. I like how you try to figure out who lived there, asking questions, makes you feel like you are there.
I love your narration! Thank you for exploring and keeping the integrity of the place. On to the next one!! 🤗
I really enjoy your explores Adam! Thank you ☺️
You know the drill! 😂 thanks for another great explore! That relief map of LA reminded me of maps my schools here in the states had during the 1980s. I wonder if he was a teacher possibly, lots of books and the map gave me that vibe, must have been his retirement home. He definitely loved motorcycles, must have had an interesting life.
I love your videos, love seeing all the stuff left behind and love that you take the time to show us all of it ❤
NO WAY! A new exploration! 🥳🥳🥳 What a Surprise!!! 🤩
new to adam and loving his explores , sad times but makes you think about the persons life that lived in those houses and what happened to them , keep up the good work adam , xx
A great little find Adam 👍 thanks for the mid week bonus vid…greatly appreciated, thank you ❤️
My first visit here, and I'm so glad I found your channel - your narration and filming are brilliant! I'm wondering if this cottage was inherited by a relative from the U.S. after the original owner passed away? It almost looks that way. Thank you for taking the time to go through each room, checking everything out, instead of brief overviews as are often done. The outdoor kitchen might have been a "summer kitchen" as sometimes found in some old farmhouses here in Ontario, except there is no permanent kitchen inside the cottage (?).
That was an unexpected midweek treat. Thank you.
I've subscribed to other UK & US Explorers, but yours Adam is by far the best. Many of them have lost their way, no pun intended.
The feeling I got was he lived in LA for a bit. Then his English grand or Great-Grand parents left him their house when they passed.
Great little place! The owner definitely loved bikes and having had several bikers in the family, the open space in the living room might often had a bike in it for tinkering at night or in cooler months. Thanks for the extra post! 😊
Love your realness and your presentation style... New subscriber here 💕
Hi from Australia Adam love yr work bro keep em coming 👍
Hi Adam another brilliant explor some lovely stuff, such a shame seeing it left definitely a bloke's house.only things missing was a motor bike great explor thanks for sharing 👍

Great little explore Adam as usual..on to the next one....👍
Thanks Adam for another great explore a true time capsule loved it take care my friend ❤ 😊 😀
great find Adam, so much personal stuff left behind...enjoyed this..
Such a beautiful home. Sad that the home is in decay. Thank you for this
Another fantastic explore , what a lovely place it would have been in its time
Thanks for Sharing ADAM, I appreciate learning more About Abandoned places.
I suspect whoever told you about Harley Davidson memorabilia is also the same person who removed it 🤔. Stay safe and say a prayer going in and out its respectful.
Brilliant video as always Adam 👌🏻👍🏻. When you were checking out the sheds the rear car light you picked up was from an early Austin 1100 I believe . Just had a look on the internet and found a pair exactly the same with the square reflector at the bottom .
These houses are like museums..love watching..thank you.
Hi Adam.. I love your exploring video's.. It's always great..This one is awesome too. Loads of love from India 🌷😊
You have given me a reason to visit my weekender house in another state. It has largely been left alone since my husband passed. My daughter wants to take her kids to her happy place out of state. Weekends were always a vacation to her. Goals.
The headboards on the beds in some properties are grimy! Makes you wonder how clean the occupants were.
Another wonderful explore! It was such a special little place. I loved all the biker magazines, etc. Thanks!!!👏
Brandon Abandoned. Great explore brother, amazing the things we find out there!! Jeep them coming! 👍🏻
Another wonderful find!! Lived simple and content life I think! ❤️❤️
Wow absolutely amazing such a good explore. Again you nailed it thank you for sharing Adam!🇨🇦
Bet that was a lovely place to live .another good one .keep up the good work .take care
Really enjoyed this video. Maybe the guy did the Route 66. Even though I make my cuppa with a teabag straight into the cup I would love to have that teapot with the foxgloves on it. Was funny when you mentioned the 'Krays' lol and the tinned fish. Keep up the good work Adam.🙂
That will probably be my house in a couple of years. I don't have anyone. So I'm sure I will die completely alone myself. You might explore my home someday.
It is sad to see someone's life just rotten away, to think what it looked like when he was still alive. Great video my friend 🇺🇸👍
Love your videos!! So cute when you said hello to the gnome! Thanks for sharing.
Antique dishes going back to the 1940's and 1950's suggests to me an older guy, who inherited the property and the antiques lived here with his grown son. Old photos indicate a man and a woman once lived here. Woman probably died. Grown son probably spent a lot of time in L.A. in his youth in the 1970's and 1980's; may have gotten American citizenship. Then came back home to take care of his Dad. I think the old man was probably a repairman for motorcycles and maybe have been crewman for racing bikes, too. Very interesting.
Great explore! Thanks for sharing! Have a great week 😀
Hey!!! Adam!! Great explore as always 🥰🥰🥰
Looks like it was the grandparents home and he was also living there!
Lovely explore Adam but I do worry about you being on your own in such places. The picture of the little boy on the wall in the first bedroom does look like one of the older gentlemen in the black and white birthday picture, so I, think, that he was British but had a real interest in America through the Harley Davison bikes ? I know well never know but it’s fun speculating 🤔 looking forward to the next explore 🥰🐾🥰🐾🥰🐾👍
What a great find Mark so sad about the man what lived there must have passed away I really don't under stand why all the photos left behind he must have some family there was no lady living there with him by the looks of it and some of the rooms have had stuff all over the floor I so pose some one has been in there looking for valueabls so disrespect full some people h Ave no remorse at all you are a great explorer u tell story's about there life's so look forward to some more thanks again Mark stay safe 👍🤔
Adam what an amazing homestead... I love watching your channel. Hope you have an wonderful week ahead. Look forward to the next episode. Brandon from wylie
It’s a shame all his stuff has been left fab find tho x
Fantastic explore, like previous comments the reason I subscribed is due your so respectful to these abandoned places, keep up the good work Adam ...... Much love
