@@JohnyAnderson-hk2nj sadly, most of this was predicted as early as the late 1800s and early 1900s. I blame the mega rich for all of this. Electric cars were invented in the 20s but the oil tycoons paid people off to make them non existent. Most of the pollution is done by the rich people and we would be just as happy with less so there is no need to ravage the earth for profit. Anyway. I hope this is all a simulation because fuck this shit

💯 videos like this is the new way equivalent to reading a book...this dude just read the book and he's paraphrasing it for us basically that's all teaching is...somebody that taught you something at one point needed to be taught that themselves...I try to listen to other people and understand so I can use their experiences to enhance my own, if that makes sense...

The space is so infinite that you simply stop thinking about your personal problems.

This channel might be one of the best things that has ever happened on the internet. The quality of animation, narration, writing, music... It's far beyond what any other educational channel has ever achieved, and it somehow keeps getting better with time. I have nothing but massive respect for whoever is running this spectacle.

This documentary is very well done and profoundly enhances anyone's ability to comprehend astrophysics/cosmology and illuminates the fact that we are only restricted by our ability to reach the limits of "WHAT IS" AND ITS POTENTIALITY. It is clear that WE are in our infancy with immature curiosity. Our egotistical sense of self provokes too many assumptions not relevant to "WHAT IS"! The colored lens through which we view and anticipate comprehension of "WHAT IS" is flawed because we don't know what we don't and never will. AN INCREDIBLE ADVENTURE THOUGH!! I loved this documentary and will be a loyal following voyager.

At age 9 I realised that the universe was basically a four dimensional globe. With space itself being the three dimensional surface of a four dimensional globe. It could be that simple! I have theory about alien life. Now hear me out. The first radio signal from humans was 1920. Assuming the Roswell crash was the first modern day alien visit in 1947. That's 27 years. If you divide that by 2 you get 13.5 years. Radio waves travel near the speed of light. So 13.5 years for the radio signal to reach a planet which has intelligent life with the capability to travel at the speed of light would investigate the origin and it would take 13.5 years to arrive on earth in 1947. There happens to be a sun like star with a possible planet in the habitable zone 13.5 light years away. What do you think?

I never thought of that but I think that’s a reasonable theory. Also, in 1989, humans sent a radio signal to a planet 40 light years away that happens to be in the habitable zone of its system. If aliens land on Earth in 2069, we’ll know why. Also, aliens might not need a planet in the “habitable” zone. They could survive on planets right next to a star, or be able to thrive on planets as far away from their star as Pluto and the Oort Cloud are. Finally, there was a Ukrainian man in the 1950s or 60s that was walking around Kyiv. He happened to see this bell shaped object in the sky and took a photo. In the early 2000s, people find this man dressed in 1950s/60s style clothes confused to see modern day things. Scientists later looked at his camera to analyze the images and saw the bell shaped object. They came up with a theory that the object caused the man to be time traveled into the future because of a camera.

I think the family petitioned to launch a plan that leads to you & I being their guinnea pigs, as justice for the deaths of their loved ones in Roswell. I think that we are all fucked...

I recently moved way out in the country. The night sky here is amazing. I’ve only been here a month and already seen 2 very strange things in the sky. Coolest was I was taking my dog out for her nightly potty time. I looked up in the sky as I normally do and immediately focused in on what looked just like a satellite. Just a faint light in space heading in a straight line. Next thing I know it hooked like a C and got fainter and fainter until I couldn’t see it any longer. Can’t imagine what the hell it could have been. It was going quite fast.

It was more than likely an insect. When I was a kid I would see this all the time. I thought it was aliens but one night I saw a moth doing this. It looked like it was way up in space but it was just a bug floating on the breeze.

the further you get the more magnificent, one night in the middle of lake superior provincial park (0% light pollution) i had looked up at the sky(3am dad and i travelling north in jeep with the roof off) and there was things moving in every direction, i could see millions of stars in the milky way and shooting stars going each and every way, im talking 100s per minute, you couldnt even count them - one of my best memories with my dad exploring northern ontario - it was still to this day the most unbelievable sight ive seen, i didnt know it was possible to see a sky like i saw that night.. 4:05 looks similar to how dense the stars were, i didnt think that you could see something like that with the human eye

Time is fascinating. I worked the subway stations for nearly 10 years. From one end of the city to the other. Every so often I would notice the city would be saying that, "Today just flew by" or "The day was just dragging along." How can an entire city, with no interaction with each other until they used the subway, complain about the same time paradox unless it was effected by it? Maybe a time distorted bubble the earth passes through in its revolution around the sun. Maybe random waves of time distortion hitting the earth? Maybe they're given off by the sun. Maybe they're from outside our Terran system and reach us in intervals. ???? 🎶Ti-i-i-ime, is on my side. Yes, it is!🎶 If you can think of a better way to do a blind survey of an entire city, in the small window of opportunity, I'm all in. Until then, I invite you to spend a couple years in the subways. Between 2pm-10pm and you'll see for yourself. Just listen as an entire city gets off of work and gets out of school. You'll see it's more than a, "coincidence of circumstances."

I just love ignoramuses who use layman's terms for scientific definitions. FYI, and I'll use small words so even you can understand, theory in everyday layman's terms means "an untested proposition". In scientific terms it means something completely different - "a set of rules or parameters extrapolated from all the known and testable data and information gathered to date, subject to amendment or variation or review when new or contrary data or information is discovered." The universe and the big bang are scientific theories - not hypotheses or propositions. All the observations, information and data collected and discovered over the past 500 years by over 10,000 scientists in the various astro fields, has gone into the theories we know of. These theories have been peer reviewed and are as sound as we know. As new information and data comes to light, the theories are reviewed. Civilians and laypeople who are amateurs in the field, respect the work of professionals, and acknowledge that their own knowledge is built on the shoulders of giants. Big heads and sci-fi addicts without any, or with very little, knowledge make complete dickheads of themselves with stupid easily disproved crap propositions dressed up as something they ain't.

Thing is however, the Big Bang is the best possible explanation we have come up with, and not a single scientist will deny this statement. It explains the expansion, it explains the cosmic microwave background, amongst other things. It explains things we HAVE observed. Sure it may not be exactly what happened, but it is the best possible explanation we humans have come up with till date. It’s absolutely likely to change as we continue to make progress in our learning, but for the time being, the Big Bang is the only model that satisfyingly explains a lot of things. As for the eternal thing, I absolutely think the universe isn’t eternal OR infinite. The video already tells us why; if the universe truly was infinite, light would have an infinite amount of time to reach us, and as such would light up the night sky, which doesn’t happen. If the universe was eternal, it would be “stable”, which we already know is not true.

This was not understandable for me: Why we see stars when standing on earth, but we can not see them when on moon? Now I heard the explanation, it is clear and logic.

We can’t say for absolute certain that we’ll never be able to see beyond the observable universe because if the universe stops expanding then it may become possible to see beyond that point.

Current observations show it to be expanding at an exponentially faster rate. Current observations also are beginning to find evidence of Dark Matter and Dark Energy which is thought to make up 95% of the observable universe. Mathematically this should continue for the next hundred or so billion years, so you and I won't see it.

A telescope on the dark side of the moon would give us the opportunity to observe light that would be invisible to our earth based telescopes. Even our space telescopes are still blinded by sunlight. The moon could act as a giant shield

We do know the approximate expanse of the universe, check any modern science primer, but the existence of a multiverse is a mathematical possibility only. As there are no observations or data available, it doesn't even qualify for a hypothesis yet. It's still just a mere scientific proposition.

I wonder if we actually could come together and tackle space living and travel. That way we don’t just fizzle away in time.

What Creator ?

For the first paradox I think the simplest solution is atmosphere? If you think of how fog and smoke and different solutions of AIR effect the way we see light I think it’s only logical to assume, and can even make an almost sure statement that our atmosphere of countless different gasses obviously has something if not everything to do with how we see the light emitting from these millions of stars in the sky? Almost seems dumb to not think of that? Every state of matter has a different effect on light. If you think about solids you can’t see through them, liquids you can see through them distorted in some way, and gas you can see through (depending on the gas). All states off matter. The key word being MATTER. There is no matter in open space

If extraterrestrial space crafts avoid direct sun light they can travel completely undetected through space.

Actually, there is one who in a way "cheated" death, indeed died but was resurrected to eternal life. And this is also written down by several witnesses in history in what we call the New Testament. And the wonderful thing is that this person and the witnesses tell us that whoever believes in Him HAS eternal life. It is Jesus Christ the Son of God.

I believer that the night side of the Moon only lasts about 6 months. The Moon passes between the Earth and the Sun thus lighting the "dark side". However, the idea is a good one.

I love love love ❤❤❤ this content, simulations, pictures and music but I would have few questions, like does moon has the atmosphere if not, why? What if aliens are Us from the future? And what if our Earth is not ours, maybe we are aliens hybrids,or experiment and they are observing us like under the microscope? What we could find in other galaxies? Are other galaxies a portals? What is beyond galaxy or beyond all galaxies? What if aliens are visiting earth cause they are protecting us against other aliens or what if aliens made us not God, what if God doesn't exists and angels too? What if angels are aliens? What if this planet Earth was only place of big experiment or place for slaves or if our planet belongs to aliens and we are their oooops? And I have theory about dark sky, and not seeing the light of the stars, I think that black holes or dark matters, dark energies or whatever are blocking light of stars not only stardust or rest of things that lasted after big bang. What if aliens can use our cluelessness and manipulate us or our minds or possess our minds without abducting? What if we were made to be manipulated and possessed by other out of the earth civilisations? And why many people are born with gifts like seeing ghosts/spirits/angels or why many people and children can remember their previous lifes? How and why we can develop easiness with other languages, what if we are from the birth programmed by the aliens in the way they wanted it and they just letting us looking for answers and for them only when they want it?

My idea so I get to name it! What I mean is, no one has claimed it so I'm officially calling, "Dibs." Voyager 1 is now in the, "Milky Way's interstellar time" or "Mikey's Time." "V-ger's" message has sped up now that it's outside our Sun's, "Time Bubble," or, "Terran Time." It will be faster, still, when "V-ger" sends a message from beyond the Milky Way's time bubble. Then there's Outside the Local Group time bubble. So on and so on until we get outside any influence and into the, "True Interstellar Time Standard." Or, "T.I..." ;-P Now that "V-ger" is outside our Sun's reach, in interstellar space, it's now in the Milky Way's faster moving, Interstellar Time or "Mikey's Time." This can be proven by turning off everything except its clock and transmitter. Have "V-ger" read time for as long as possible. They WILL show the flow of time speeds up the further away you get from any celestial bodies. Until you reach the Milky Way's time standard or "Mikey's Time." •Our sun's time bubble: "Terran Time" we know and have measured. In a lifetime, our head is one second younger than our feet. •Milky Way's time bubble or "Mikey's Time." The rate/flow of TIME outside any influence but within the Milky Way: We just got there and are still figuring what the difference is. Wild guess I'd say time will increase in speed, now and until V-ger is outside the Ort cloud. •Local Group's time bubble or the rate/flow of time outside of any influence but within the Local Group: Name still open and unknown. Wild guess .08% to a couple seconds faster, maybe. Used just for reference. •Outside any influence in the, "True Interstellar Time Standard." (or T.I...) ;-P This name is NOT up for grabs. The rate/flow of time is fastest here. (Time flows fastest here so it's best to use a motor boat and hold tight. Always applies when you're in T.I....) ;-P A minute is a minute in all. What about a type -1 civilisation. One which understands consciousness and therefore has no need for travel. It can simply experience consciousness from the point of view of anything. Experience any life. Maybe that’s already us, and when we understand it fully we’ll realise there’s no need to travel to experience it elsewhere.
