it happens when xampp server's files get corrupted by several reasons. it could be corrupted database file wrong SQL that put load on MySQL server and files get destroyed still there's no any permanent solution for that

what about the apache Shutdown unexpectely Error: Apache shutdown unexpectedly. 7:06:59 PM [Apache] This may be due to a blocked port, missing dependencies, 7:06:59 PM [Apache] improper privileges, a crash, or a shutdown by another method. 7:06:59 PM [Apache] Press the Logs button to view error logs and check 7:06:59 PM [Apache] the Windows Event Viewer for more clues 7:06:59 PM [Apache] If you need more help, copy and post this 7:06:59 PM [Apache] entire log window on the forums

Incorrect server or database configuration settings can lead to instability and crashes. Once files are crashed it doesn't work. So we have to use back-up files to fix those files
