Thank you sister for the perfect recipe. Many years back, 20 to 25 years, we tried Mysore pak as per our master cook who made for my sister's marriage. But did not come well for us. That's the same method I used to see online everytime i search for. Everyone say to add ghee in a warm state rather than hot state. And all ghee at a time, and stir until the last stage comes. God only know when that last stage would come. A minute later or earlier would make spoil the dish. But your method of preparing makes the job easier. I could perfectly remove the dish from flame. Each time I add ghee I could literally watch the progression. Thank you so much. Watching this one recipe made me to watch all your other recipes..
