I just saw a rose bowl video that cut out every single play and I’ve only seen a couple videos that didn’t. Are they starting to copyright claim big games?

Ohio would’ve beat app state in this years bowl game. Ohio was in rare form

Congrats to Ohio RB Rickey Hunt. He went from playing in just two games all year coming into this game to getting FIVE touchdowns (4 rushing and 1 receiving) in the 2023 Myrtle Beach Bowl.

Nice place to play with the uniquely colored turf and Myrtle Beach.

bowl games should be put at the beginning of the season, and the transfer portal shouldn’t open until after bowl season or after the postseason. it makes for much better gameplay.

Why? Preseason is basically like a bowl game. Besides bowl games are decided on record and skill level.

@@goldenlockx you still don’t get it don’t you? there’s no point putting it at the end of the year when your coach and team is gone. so put it at the beginning, regardless of what it “means.” make it more meaningful

Now why would that make any remote sense? Also the transfer portal opens when it does because classes start during bowl season. Players who transfer have to be able to start classes on time.

This is why a 9 win team that beat Iowa State, only lost to SDSU because of a hurt QB, that truly was probably the best team in the MAC, deserved far better than playing a 6 win GA Southern team. No offense to GA Southern, but we deserved a far better opponent.

That’s probably because they want to leave the field unchanged due to its color. Boise State doesn’t update their turf when they host the Famous Idaho Potato Bowl

At 3:00, a boneheaded late hit that was indicative of how sick the Georgia Southern defense was of Ohio's QB Parker Navarro.

So was this bowl scheduled to soothe UCLA's ego? It almost backfired, LOL! I love Boise St., still happy with their performance, but they struggled until the last half of the season.

If Manzeil and Mayfield had a son = Navarro

Georgia Southern will never be the dominating powerhouse football team they once were if they don't get back to the 'Veer" offense.

As a Georgia Southern student we don't need to go back to the "veer" offense. There's a reason why teams like us, Georgia Tech, and Wisconsin don't run it anymore, it's outdated for modern football. Besides, we had one of the best passing offenses the first season we switched over

@@jasonmack2364 You are obviously not a student of football. The veer offense is the reason Georgia Southern dominated so many years. This new era of football, the RPO, isn't for every team. You speak on GSU leading the conference in passing just 1 yr but what about the following years? Every team that utilizes the veer offense eats up yards. Look up the history of what made GSU football so great.

@@jasonmack2364 You truly don't know football. If the veer offense is so outdated, why did Paul Johnson win with it at GSU and Georgia Tech? Do you have any idea of how good Air Force offense was? Navy? Their defense may have sucked bur they ate up yards. This new era of football is nothing but a 1 back set. Just like the veer offense, the RPO offense has to have a good line to open up holes. In the RPO offense, a back isn't starting at 7 yards deep, so the back for an RPO has to have an explosive start. Look up the history of teams who ran the veer. Do you remember when GSU played the Miami? Miami didn't shut down GSU. Neither did Florida State when they played back in the day. New does mean better. Football is football no matter the level. D1 just has more money.

Key word "WAS" as in they dominated back in the day but what has happened to these historically dominant option offense teams in recent times, they've either switched styles or, like navy, are run of the mil at best

Rigged The refs wouldn't allow Georgia Southern to recover the fumble in the 1st quarter because the narrative was that the team with all its players in the transfer portal had to win.
