I am not much of a white meat eater but if Myron Mixon has something to do with it I know it will be great. I bought his book years ago he has the best recipes with common ingredients. I have made alot of stuff out of that book and the replies are great I once had a woman jump up and say who made the pulled pork it was absolutely the best she has ever had

Daniel Hadley I noticed that bit left out myself. There’s always at least one bit of info they don’t or won’t tell you. My guess would be 180-190 degrees for 1 1/2 hours
