This song is EXTREMELY personal to me! I'm not sure what the original interpretation is but what my spirit gathers from it makes me cry every time!!!!!!!!

Gosh, it is so hard nailing this song, I’ve heard so few people manage to sustain the intensity to do it justice right until the end. So many of the Songs for a New World album are physically difficult to sing even when standing still, and you managed to work in some simple choreography to keep the performance visually interesting. This is a fantastic version, bravo!

I love Mykal so much but he makes some odd acting choices. The voice is perfect, acting not always. “I loved you too much” “with him” and this are just a few mentions of flawless vocals and acting that’s slightly questionable. I hope he continues to work on it, he is a gift.
