Yes, Dil means Lake in Mizo I think
Everything is expensive in mizoram and even in burma chin state it is expensive......because most of items are imported from far away, transportation fee is high because of bad road condition and mountainous hilly terrain region

Yes, you are right . . . It was quite expensive even for the locals. But they are used to it because they are living in the same economy.
