@Jip Jackson it's weird, some people think work should dictate your life..... So just because a Manager says, come at this time where you normaly are not scheduled you have to come? And yes, changing the time of an upload can have a big impact (Yay, KZread Algorithm /s)
@fat_biker

The odd thing is, if you've got an employee who knows what they are doing, is good at their work, makes themselves available inside certain time parameters, & won't moan if they don't get 6 shifts a week because they don't need to be a server to pay the rent, surely they are an ideal flexible employee? Were they paying him because they wanted to do control freak shit, or because they found it useful to have him around as a server 2 or 3 days a week? What do they gain by forcing him out?
@smokesandalloy9487

Control is more important than productivity for some. That and/or jealousy that some others can make a living doing what they enjoy. Normally 3 strikes but this is special... A clear bias against the type of business conducted apart from the other job.

I've been wanting to get into motorcycling for a bit and found your channel awhile ago because I was looking into the Rebel 300 vs. 500. Take the leap of faith and make the most out of this situation. We're here behind you all the way.
Hey man, just a note from England wishing you the best of luck going forward. That’s the important point for me ‘going forward’. I’d say drop the hassle and focus on what you want to do. I’ve seen, lots of times, that people may change a job or loose one and that’s where they’re given chance to succeed and do ‘more’. Hope all is good
Good on you man, a lot of big youtubers go through the same thing where they realized that if they quit their job and dedicated more tkme towards their channel they could grow far faster and produce more quality content. Congrats man, its gonna pay off.
Glad to hear you took the leap. I gotchu tuned in fam let's go 🚀🚀🚀💯✊
I feel this dude. I started an esports organization. It was wild. I was working my normal job (Sys Ad), and then this job when i was off. Scrim scheduling, weekly meetings with coaches, player meetings, practice's, organizing events, organizing matches, social media, everything. I was working 18 hour days (4am-10pm) for a year. I eventually had to give it up because yeah, folks didn't quite understand just how much goes into the back end and unless you can have the support staff behind you to do it, it all falls onto you. Good luck to you dude, and thanks for the great content.
Good luck man, I haven't watched you for very long but I'm happy to stay for the long haul
Sometime we just need a sign, an omen, consider it a catalyst for what's coming to you. In all honesty, I feel sorry for them.... They don't know how to retain talent... Trust the journey brother, great things are coming your way, we all know it! Much love Mike!

This is the first time I’ve watched one of your videos. I subscribed. We’ll see how it goes. I have high hopes. Good luck!
Leadership that isn't willing to budge on things this dumb sounds like bad management. I could understand if you were trying to fully dip out of your cleaning completely but you even tried to rearrange that so it just sounds like it's being unreasonable. Honestly, F-you sounds about right in this situation. You give some people a crumb of power and they try to push it so far. Probably the best thing for you as riding season picks up so keep your head up.
Definitely sounds like a typical management screw up, but it seems like the server position was the second job & not the other way around. Good luck & keep the rubber on the road. 🐶🏍️✌️

Hey brotha, excited to see what this year has in store for you and it sounds like your mindset with KZread is in the right place. You'll get it done at the end of the day and if not try tomorrow. I went through a similar situation at my last job about a week ago, and I also decided that if they were not going to get rid of me I was going to leave myself. I'd be surprised if you actually are fired over this. Most places are hurting for staff it's definitely an employee's market. Right now most places are sort of forced to be flexible with their staff and put up with stuff they might normally not put up with because it's very hard to keep businesses fully staffed right now.
