With Xrd, you could do it anytime, but you couldn’t combo into it unless you have a gold ik, which has similar requirements to Instant kills from blazblue

Jam was in river city girls 2 with an English VA. It would be stupid if they didn’t utilize her VA or the character in general

Considering how they've done the new moves for other characters, i don't think they'd give anybody their old moves back If that were the case, we'd have seen something like Millia with Pin or Ram's old command grab, but so far it's all been entirely new moves

Although not considered as part of the new moves added, Zato did get the Eddie position swap move back in season 3 But in the grand scheme of things you're right, although I didn't have anything to work with and was already biased towards existing moves lol

Fair enough, if it were up to me i'd have given up the rock for Ram's old just frame Dauro I will say that the varying shuriken speed for Chipp is probably really likely, in the same vain as Zato's position swap where they just add it in there

I just wanna see jam so her arcade mode can end with nago convincing her to open a different sort of restaurant

I'm really hoping for Gabriel too.

insta kill would be a bad addition when adding new moves and mechanics is really what the game needs

I can’t see them adding instant kills. That would be way too much work to add a super level animation for every character.

It would be a ton of work but they could do it. Maybe over the course of the season and at the end of it they release it or just better release it whenever they are finished with them

Tbf as a new fighting game player idea of characters being able to do insta-kills is just so fuckin' scary. Like, some overdrives when used correctly are near insta-kill. Also i want Venom in strive he looks cool

great editing, an ACTUAL script & no rambling. I'd like twice if i could and def subbed. Nicely done. WWA hitbox is too high, goes too far, and does too much. get it outta here. Get wild assault period outta here. And the damage is fine...issue is slayer. They've been taking a LONG time for the 3v3...i wouldnt assume anything at this point. Clearly they're not only doing a kof 3v3. they want something to compete against 2xko and other team games. Anime will be mostly 3d but some 2d like any serious cg anime. Also sol didnt lose his gear powers. he's still a gear, he just lost flame of corruption which is like the reverse uno draw 4...but he's still the prototype gear...which is basically the strongest so sol still is gonna have a hard time being dethroned.

Arc sys stated that new moves would be all new, meaning old moves like sidewinder isn't returning. I hope Jam isn't the first DLC since the first half characters are always incredibly simplified and and dumbed down compared to previous iterations and Jam already a relatively simple character so I don't want another Baiken incident where over half her kit from xrd is gutted for the sake of simplicity, speaking of which, I hope season 4 for brings a plethora of character complexity back to strive and characters that have a very bare bones kit like Baiken get something to enrich her kit like Suzuran from Xrd and plus R.

Okay on the special moves I got some ideas for it. Sol - Sidewinder, Riot Stamp, or heck just give back his Install. Ky - Maybe something like an overhead like Greed Sever or yeah that projectile you mentioned works Chipp - Yeah the teleport works, though his alpha blade can be a good sub and honestly I don't know what they'll be cooking for him Nago - Okay here me out what he needs is an air move, something like during Fukyo then then move or while on air so he has a way to fight back Leo - Honestly maybe give him a move that can combo with his H DP or a new stance move. Zato - Yeah maybe buff the switcharoo and maybe change the control input maybe? Honestly buff Break the Law to not hit by Burst or Yelloe RC.

3 v 3 is gonna be Chaotic similar to SF x Tekken. 2 vs 2 and i Like that Imagine Having 6 Potemkins at the same time.

Kudos to you for mentioning Izuna, barely hear talk about him anymore . Dizzy is my beloved favorite so getting her back as first dlc in s4 would be sick. Would be cool to see if Ariels became playable being the universal will and mother of Ram/Elphelt. Guilty gear is my favorite fighting game, granted not that good at them. Hopefully strive balance will happen and be for the better.

I was working with the timeline mentioned in the latest developer backyard that has to do with the major balance patch assuming that's when we would actually PLAY the new dlc character There would probably be at least a teaser at Evo or possibly a whole trailer, but since Slayer hasn't even been out for 2 months yet, a new character wouldn't be playable anytime soon Heck there might not even be a character trailer at all and it might just be the 3v3 trailer

THEY COULD BRING BACK INSTAKILLS like for instance oppenents hp must be under 40 you must have full tension and must have performed 3 speical moves

Over anything I would want for season 4, it would be a decrease to dmg/ reduced scaling on risk. I’m a very competitive player and I think it’s just really un healthy to die off of one simple interaction. Didn’t guess right on sols strike throw? Oops I’ll be taking 80% of your life bar now. It’s alittle too volatile so I hope they tone it down. Also risk getting cranked up from like 2 c.S is kinda dumb, either reduce the scaling or heavily reduce the amount of risk gained from buttons.

at the time they said 6 characters and zato made 7, so I'm hoping that that was a move adjustment, rather than a new move, cuz if not zato bros are gonna need 24/7 surveillance to keep them safe
