My daughter kicked the crap out of me while I carried her. When she was born, the nurse said "Good God! Look at the quads on this one!" She literally had muscular thighs lol She's now 20 yrs old and a pilates instructor 😅

My youngest is 7 and I STILL feel phantom kicks sometimes. My mom says she can still feel them and my brother and I are 33 and 41. So that feeling never really goes away ❤

Man, I thought I was just going nuts because my baby is 13 months now and I still feel phantom kicks. But now seeing that some mothers still feel it after so long makes me feel better. It also kinda feels like my body itself is reminiscing on those days so I also get reminded of those days. And it just feels so powerful. I wouldn't give it up for anything.

I'm a former OB nurse, and before I become one I never thought a woman's belly looked like that because all the TV shows had pregnant bellies as perfectly round the entire time. Now I see that mama's bellies drop when the baby's head is engaged in her pelvis getting the baby ready to come out and meet their mom who is a rockstar.

He sounds so happy and excited ❤❤❤❤daddy’s girl for sure ❤❤❤❤

@almirar356 The girl was going to do them herself. It wouldn't be unrespectful to let them do it themselves if they insisted on doing them. The fact they said "I'll do it for you becuase you need rest" shows empathy. Not everyone wants to be Infantalized. Yet it shows a level of understanding to offer assistance when it's clear a person needs it.

They should be sharing in the house work and they should be taking each other's feelings into consideration. It shouldn't be something you have to recognize because it should be the basic fundamentals of an actual partnership. But because women's role was the housekeeper and the baby raiser, men are congratulated for doing basic things like helping out with the house and kids.

I miss those days. We have 5. All adults. Oldest is 35 youngest will be 22 on Monday. It seems like yesterday though I was doing the same thing. Time flies waaaaay too fast.

This is a pregnant thing. My mom had four kids and we've all heard multiple times how even when labor contractions had started, she waited as long as possible to go to the hospital because she had to either finish washing/drying all the sheets, cleaning the house, or with my other brother she was canning eggplant preserves and refused to go anywhere until she was done! Pregnant mom brains are different, best to just obey or get out of the way ;-)

I feel her because I went into labor at 11pm. Didn't go to the hospital until 4am. In the mean time I did 2 loads of laundry, ran the dishwasher, changed my bedding and swept and mopped. All the nesting and I still felt like the house wasn't ready for my baby boy to come to. Meanwhile his bassinet and changing station had been ready for months.

What a delightful couple. Best wishes to you both in raising your family. Be as joyful as you are when this was filmed.
