This video is a quick 2 battery pack track session with my Tamiya M08 running a new track layout. My first time back after a short absence.

OMG I want to try this out so badly... This sort of track would be way beyond my skill at this point. But I would give it a go! The M08 is zipping around this track!
Looked good overall to me! A few rough laps in there but you were putting together a fairly long string of good laps and even if you messed up you did jump into the typical "go faster" mode and just got back into the pace again. I'd say it was a good run considering you have not been out there for a while and it is a lot different than last time.
Hopefully you'll have a mb01 at the track some day.
Your racing line is good. You always want to cut the corners as tight as you can and run the shortest line. You looked good. You should have come out this past Sunday for the Tamiya race. Next one is September 24.

Hi there Rex, to me, to started to get the hang of the track just nicely, considering the length of time away. Oh hey, man to races with a bowl of noodles in one hand, ends up with slap noodle marks around the chops 😂😂😂. Nicely done Rex. These M08 are so much fun. Yours looks pretty good. I would love the luxury of a permanently laid out track How about trying a late apex around the sperm head next time. Check out my latest M08 trying out the 210mm wheelbase. I like how it drives for the shorter tracks with no grip 😂😂..

Eventually most likely, only way I'll know how it feels and have a true opinion..for now though it's not priority. Ive seen one in the flesh and not a fan of the excessive slop
