My Weight loss transformation

So I have finally decided to put together a video documenting my weight loss transformation. From the beginning all the way to the final image you see, took me 8 months to accomplish. My method was using 'MyFitnessPal' to track my calories and make sure I was consistently on a caloric deficit. I also included cardio between 5 and 6 times a week of a fast incline walk for about 25 minutes a session. I also made sure to lift weights with high volume and intensity to keep hold of any muscle I could. With that information out of the way I hope you enjoy the video and I hope that even just one person out there gains the motivation to be their best. If I can achieve that then the purpose of this video has been fulfilled.

I am very close to how you were but a lil smaller but I am so sick people making comments to me like I'm huge or like you said having shorts that used to be so cute on me and now I can't even find a pair to fit me. I used to love shopping now I don't even want to go to the store and if I do I pick the biggest size don't even try it on and deal with it. I went from size 5 to size idk because I don't even want to know the real number. I hate looking at pics of myself now or me before. thank you for your video it's time to make a change.

    I am an overweight 14 year old. Since the start of quarantine, I have been working out. I have lost 20 pounds already and my goal is to enter high school being more confident about my self. This video is really inspirational! Edit: I have now lost 51 pounds!

    I remember starting my own transformation about a year ago. I bought a diet plan from Dietarize and started doing some exercises at home. My brother was making fun of me, thinking I will give up. But day after day, meal after meal, I managed to do it. I lost 60lbs thanks to my diet and dedication and I'm feeling a lot happier now. I can finally tie my shoelaces without holding my breath 😀

    Crazy transformation! If I managed to transform my body, everyone can do it. Diet is a crucial thing, without it exercise won't help at all. Many beginners struggle to find a proper diet because they want fast results and they end up with no results at all, less money in their pockets and health problems. I encourage you to do a research and find a diet that will work for you. If you still don't know where to start, try dietarize as your starting point. The results are guaranteed. 💪💪💪

    I know it's not a one size fits all, but what would you guys eat on a daily basis? I work 60 hours a week in a factory and I tend to overeat lots of sweets just to keep the motivation to keep moving as fast as possible and make more parts

    That's the real hint. Most people beat themselves up so hard about making a mistake that they give up. Gotta dust yourself off and get back on the horse. If you spend significantly more time sticking to diet and exercise than you do splurging, you'll still make it.

    I don't binge. But I get frustrated if a week goes by and I don't lose weight. I target 1kg per week and for 6 months that was viable but lately it has been very hard.

    @@DantesInferno96 Recalculate your TDEE man. It definitely has changed a lot. I made the same mistake and realised my deficit went from 600 a day to 400.

    @@arkodw1685 Thing is I think the online calculators aren't correct. At my weight and height as well as age, the maintenance calorie for a sedentary life is 2600 Cal. But since I do exercises every day I factor that in and the calculators say it is about 3600. I only consume 1500-1700 Calories strictly speaking, and I workout for 1 and a half hour 6 days of the week. From what my fitness tracker tells me I burn about 800 Cal at the gym. And taking into account that fitness trackers have an overstimation rate of 20%, I would say I burn about 450-500 Cal per day. My job doesn't require me to move much so that's what I'm considering. So, in conclusion, I'm overweight, my intake is 1700 Cal, my cal burn in 500 Cal per day. This should be more than enough to lose 1kg(2-3 pounds) per week. But it is not working even though I strictly check my calories and input everything I eat into a calorie counter app.

    @@DantesInferno96 i have the same issue. i'm on 1500 cal and i train 5 days a week which allows me to burn extra and my maintenance is 2200 cal and from the past 4 weeks i haven't lost a single pound. it just goes up and down and i'm aiming for 12% bodyfat and right now its 28%. i've been on this diet for 8 weeks now. in first month i lost 4 kilos and that's all.. fuck this man

Thanks brother, those words help me keep inspired in my own weight loss journey, the hardest is sticking to the diet, and when I do, I failed miserably. Just like you though this time, I am not quitting. I am picking my self back up the following day. With the workouts and diet.

    Dont make it a Diet Bro, eat minimally processed food 80% of the time 20% processed, but count calories, if you dont like doing it, atleast do it for a month or two for the awareness sake, Diets will make you lose consistency and thats when u fail, you just need to eat what you like but moderately and counting calories, watch sean nalewanj and mario tomic videos, they are the best, forget all the other fitness bullshit online

    I also started my transformation. May 2021 - 95.3 kg & Now ====> August 2021 - 83.8kg I wasn't exercising due to injury I sustained in April, so I was just doing a diet. Hence the slow weight loss. My face is slimmer and don't feel bloated all the time. I no longer crave sugary foods, and I avoid alcohol and smoking. I hope to reach 80kg by the end of the year. Wish me luck!!!

I used to be in good shape and good health, I then went through a period of miserable depression that lasted over a year and a half got fat and developed a body similar to yours but as of late I have been intensely exercising and eating healthy and I have been building back a deep confidence and a strong body.     This is a very different kind of inspiration. I use to have the 6 pack and the lean look and I was the happiest I ever been. Covid was a difficult time, a time of uncertainty and anxiety. I let the mental health and restrictions get the better of me and I took 20 steps back with my health. Today, especially after seeing this video, I look a lot like you did before - now. And this proves you can get back to that place again. I personally want to thank you for hitting me where I needed to be and I will reference this video as inspiration throughout my journey over the next 6 months. Respect to you and your achievements.     I was in bad shape all life. No sports or activity, get to 106kg/177cm in 28. Then I started with bike, then gym and moved to 70kg after 3 years. since then I yoyo effect from 66 to 76. I believe that it is caused because I had like zero muscless before transform.

    Real cool and inspirational. I recently went through huge depression partly due to quarantine and gained a lot of wieght, my energy levels are super low and I need to make a change for myself and my family. I started at the gym 5 days ago and have a nutrician plan. This video is super helpful as it clearly shows the long but successful journey to being a better person.     This is truly insane. Congrats. Last summer I lost 25/30 pounds. I was so close to abs. I gained a little as a went back to school. Got back on the diet and gym was almost close to the abs, then came COVID and my weight again. I’ve watched this video like 50 times, truly inspirational. 5 days back on the grind

    I'm a wrestler and I know how to lose weight clean and dirty.i use to cut like 20 pounds in a day,but I soon came to realize when I used to bench 285 and went on the bar and lift after the season,I ended up almost dropping the bar on myself.i learned that losing wieght fast is the worst decision you can make because I did lose 20 pounds.not fat but muscle.so when I did my clean calorie deficit of 1600 calories a day when my body needed 3600.it may sound insane but if you eat foods that are low calories it's still a good way to diet.i lost 50 pounds in 6 weeks.and I've been working out in my home gym and I'm stronger than ever.it takes time and it's worth it.it hurt and I was hangry,i was in a bad mood everyday.but those 6 weeks passed and when someone said would you rather be big or lean, 99 percent of the time i said f***ing lean.its dedication.when I told people that I was going on a diet they all laughed,i was always the big strong football player/wrestler but once i found out that they didnt think I could make it.i made it my destination to not prove them wrong but to prove to myself that I'll do what i need to do.And the second they say hey you look lean.if I say ya it seems to be.Then i just lost.I lost by my saying i look good enough and that will make me demotivated.my biggest secret to losing weight is basically looking at your self and look at every flaw.people now an days are like every one is pretty and should be liked the same.,but that's bs.A wise man once said"if you dont like the results you have,CHANGE!"

    Did you do it? I went from 82kg to 75kg and my goal is 72kg :) For me I lost 8kg in 4 months and gained 1 back in the next 6 months baisicly stable at 75kg now.

    This is what I like to see---pudgy, out-of-shape, slouchy and unhappy transformed into lean, strong and happy. Too many of these type videos feature guys who are in quite decent shape and slightly overweight into muscle bound gym acolytes. Most of us don't have time for that kind of dedication.     Ashyl SP Gosai with a goal and strong will in mind you will definitely make it. Try taking photos of yourself everyday till u achieve your goals and make a video of your own transformation.     A few months ago I was 205lbs... Very unhealthy... I suffer depression and am on meds for it. I was holding that weight for about 2 years, granted I've never ever been fat my whole life. I'm just on certain meds that slow down your metabolism, I usually don't gain weight even if I'm sedentary. But because of my meds, if I'm not active I will pack on weight. I bought me a cruiser board and started skating EVERYWHERE and ANYWHERE. I lost 38 pounds in like 3 1/2 months. Thank goodness I have my natural physique back, although I still have about another 10 pounds to lose. I'm 175 - 170 as we speak, I'm best at 160 - 165 lbs. Anything under that I start to feel hollow and unhealthy. Blessings from NYC

    I was overweight my entire life. Aged 30 I was 112kg. Aged 31 I bottomed out at 68kg. Aged 33 I weighed 81kg - but this time the extra weight wasn't fat. You can do it guys. Adding muscle takes longer than losing fat so lose the weight first and just keep going. Never give up.
