What do Rolex, Omega, and Jaeger-LeCoultre all have in common? Well they are in Brad's watch collection! Along with a less talked about brand (Mido) and a double stamp (L.L. Bean and Hamilton!).
Of course the Rolex Datejust gets a lot of attention but there is a lot of variety in Brad's collection that shows he's in it for the love of watches. My (Michael) favorite watch he's rocking has to be that Omega Seamaster. It's a bit tough to see in the video but the sun faded or darkened the dial to this spotted rose color and it's stunning, I've never seen anything like it. Looking beyond his big name brands though I also really liked Brad's taste in military watches, regardless of size. His Mido is gorgeous and is a watch that I would have definitely skipped over if I was on the hunt due to size. Maybe now I'll reconsider! And like always, whenever I see a Hamilton field khaki ancestor I go and ALMOST buy a Hamilton Field Khaki. Will I? Maybe!

Today, we're taking a closer look at the collection of a watch geek named Brad, whose collection includes everything from an LL Bean stamped Hamilton to JLC.
First up, we have that LL Bean stamped Hamilton field watch, which was borne out of a love for the vintage Hamilton field watches from wars gone by, as well as an admiration for all things double stamped (like you might find on a Tiffany signed Rolex or Patek). While those can be incredibly expensive, this Hamilton option is relatively affordable, and offers a great little piece of history in the process.
From there we get into his Rolex Datejust, a blue dialed piece with a Jubilee bracelet. It was a gift from his father, who intended to pass the watch on to Brad after he passed, but decided one day that he wanted to be around to see his son take on the watch and get to wear it. We move then into his Mido Multifort field watch, another vintage field watch, this one with a cross scratched into the dial from the previous owner.
Next up on the list is Brad's vintage 18k gold Jaeger LeCoultre dress watch. It came on the original strap, though that has since moved to a safe for safe keeping. Its a simple, time only option that epitomizes classical 50s and 60s dress watches in all the right ways. In a similar vein, we have his Omega Seamaster with its gold capped case and rosy copper colored dial.

Holly fuck yes! My 2 fav watch channels
This young man just restored my faith in humanity. Incredible artist, beautiful collection. Thank you for this video.
Forget Talking Watches... This is the absolute best watch collector interview I've seen. Evoked a real emotional response and human connection. Homerun guys. Push this video out hard. I expect it would do wonders for your already highly regarded brand. Thanks for introducing us to the humble, soulful Mr. Brad Wilson!
this video deserves a Grammy, I really enjoyed it. Congratulations for giving your fans this kind of content
One of those feel good videos. Made me smile. Thank you for sharing.
Y’all stepped up your game! Absolutely crushing HODINKEE rn
T&H is THE premier horological media company. This video was so engaging and enjoyable to watch.
Beautiful cinematography! Beautiful watches!
What this says to me is that watches aren't just the metal they're made of and the fancy mechanisms inside. It's what they mean to you, where it's been and where it will go with you. I love it. This is why I collect.
This guys obviously intelligent and humble, Christian great pick for a collector.
I’m sure I am not alone in asking for more of these videos!
I thought for a second that Christian will present bis Collection 😄😄

Beautiful. We are our best when we become mirrors and reflect the glory of others. What a cool dude with wonderful vintage watches.
Home run!! Brad is sooo my vibe!!!
Loved this video!!! Keep them coming. The music is amazing!!!!
The Humble collector is the right collector, someone to share experiences with 🤘
This guy is über cool! Great video!!
Felt my heart filled with joy seeing this video...just pure emotion evoking...none of the watches shared on the video is super expensive or super rare but still when the watch is mixed with the story and the genuine emotion on the artist it is like wine...I am sure even if I watch this 20years from now, the video would just be so much more nicer and fulfilling to watch..keep this going team..
Dude, filming and production quality is super high! Keep them coming!
This is possibly the best video to have produced to date. What a wonderful and genuine guy.
Hands down the best video you guys have posted till date. Keep up the good work 👌🏽
I comment extremely rarely on YT but man, that video was so enjoyable. Loved all of it and a new artist discovery to me! Just added to my fav playlist!
Nice to see in a fellow man....a kind, gentle and thoughtful soul.
The world needs more people with a similar outlook on life like him
Great video! Loved that blue Rolex!
I believe this video got me into vintage watches. That JLC is a stunner!
I’ve watched this probably 10 times now this is an amazing episode 💪🏻
What an awesome video. Love to see the connection of watches to people and their personal stories. Very very cool!!
Part of the Plan.. issa bangerrrr 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
Amazing, on all fronts. Great music, great human, great watches, great cinema.
Great video. Great guest. Bravo!
Very interesting story. No ROLEX flexing bullshit. Just a simple man with a simple taste and a great story.
Probably the most romantic and smartest watch review I have ever had the pleasure to watch so far...Well done T&H. and thank you Brad for your stories and passion.
Your Rolex is one of my all time favourites. I bought this watch for my Dad and he left it to me when he died 3 years ago.
Okay, after reading all of the comments, T&H would be fools not to hire this kid to interview all of their collectors going forward. Brads smooth, humble, and intelligent vibe would certainly take the edge off your usual millionaire auction winner, droning on about how awesome they are. I smell a Podcast.
Love the vibe of the video! Also current T&H video content and production! Keep it up
One of my favourite videos! Thanks guys. That omega n JLC are beautiful pieces
I'm gettiig big City & Colour vibes from the outro song. Love it 👍
its nice not to see a pretentious pr**cK showing us his Patek grand complication or his set of 6 AP oyal oaks he was given from the Prince of Wales. This dude is well spoken, grounded and so present its motivating.

A welcomed change of pace here with this one...nice stories and nice watches. Well done!
Love this guy. Honest and zero pretentiousness. A true collector with great taste!
This is what I’m talking about! Real collectors talking about their watches. I’d love to see more of these types of videos. With Hodinkee only putting out a few Talking Watches a year, you guys should be pushing this type of content. Loved hearing about his interests and I could feel the connection he had to his collection, unlike that scripted Omega Globemaster video. Keep up the good work!
Love collector stories. More please.
Best watch video on internet… the music, atmosphere and his interests in the watches are really fascinating
NAILED IT! Absolutely mesmerizing
This was awesome! One of the best collection videos I have seen. It's not just about the watches but the stories behind them.
What a great video, I really enjoyed it. This is a great example of why I love this hobby.
I been a following Theo and Harris for over 4 years, and I like how their videos have evolved over the years,. This video is proof that you don’t need a massive number of watches in your collection, I have a vintage Omega similar to the one he shows here, and I’m thinking it’s time to change the strap.
Excellent video.
I really like this video guys! It has so much warmth and depth and character to it; from the scenery, to the decoys, the watches, and especially Brad’s music and stories. I think that’s what I like most about vintage watches, they have such a great personality to them and a lot of stories to tell. I also really appreciate that Brad‘s collection is not necessarily the most obvious or expensive watches, but rather pieces that have an emotional value to him. Lastly, as someone with a child on the way, I really like the idea of being able to give them things that have given me joy and that we can bond over.
Wow one of the best collection videos I have seen! When the passion for something take on a real meaning!
Soulful people will always be interesting no matter what their interests are. I'd take 10 of these for every Hodinkee watch story talking about their promotions and how amazing they are. Class act this fella.
What a great collection 👏🏻
Great story telling. I was expecting glimpse of a cool STOWC collection. Ended up being able to glimpse a little bit of a beautiful soul and artist. Life affirming. Thank you for sharing!
The honesty and character in this video truly shows what real watch people are about and why they are drawn to the hobby🙌 it’s not the waitlists, investment pieces, or the price range or calls from the AD
Exelent format! I really enjoyed this. I hope this serial continues
I think Theo and Harris just nailed it. :)
Great vid guys.
I had a blissful and elated yet nostalgic and sad feeling from beginning to end. Not only Brad perfectly represents the potential joy and introspection in collecting (watches or anything you hold dear), but T&H made that image very tangible. Many thanks for this. Keep 'em coming!
Terrific video, content and production. Love that patina and yes the DJ jubilee is damn comfortable!
One of my favorite videos you guys have done! This channel easily stands out among all watch youtubers looking forward to what comes next.
Really great video. I hope you do more of these
What a cool guy and beautiful music. Truly thoughtful in everything he puts his soul into.
Came here for watches but stayed for the cinematography. Lawd it clean. #Inspiration
It just shows that collections don't need to be worth an exorbitant amount of money. This man's watch collection is meaningful to him and his passion for his watches is there for everyone to see (& feel). Excellent video, T&H! Cheers!
A beautiful and emotional interview. Brad seems an amazing and sweet person and his watch collection is one of the most beautiful that I ever seen. Very inspiring
This video is so nice. Better than the straps for sale ones. More!
this just encapsulates the work of theo and harris. amazing video. moving message.
Very nice story and production.
Excellent. Well filmed, interesting guest and collection. Down to earth. This is the way to go guys.
Love this style of video and beautifully shot, what a triumph :)
Probably the most captivating collection video I've seen. Well done T&H, thank you. 😷
I’ve watched this about 10 times and feel the same emotional feeling every time
Superb, totally different to what I was expecting and immersed me in the story of ownership.
Beautiful video, I really enjoyed this
It’s refreshing to see a guy that is in to collecting watches for all the right reasons. Best wishes and keep doing your thing man. 🙏🏻
Wow!! This guy, Brad Wilson is Uber-interesting. What a fantastic, creative discussion. Great collection! Love his decoys!!
Great video!! Thanks so much. I really enjoyed it!!
beautiful video to watch!
Hi from India. Absolutely loved this video. Has to be one of my favourite videos on KZread. Could you share more details on the Vintage JLC, what year, Calibre/movement? Loved Brad Wilson's voice. Amazing Work.👏👏👏
Great stories for all the watches!
Such a fantastic video. This is the content I’ve been looking for and couldn’t find anywhere. Thank you!!
He is someone whose attitude and behaviour's are composed and uniquely their own
Love that JLC.
I like hearing other people’s motivations for their collections. Great video.
What an authentically cool guy. He had 21 monthly listeners on Spotify this morning when I listened to his singles and I would bet just about anything that that is going up dramatically in the near future.

This is beautiful
Everything about this video was great
Absolutely delightful interview, highlighting exactly why and how one should collect. I feel like I could very happily hang out all day with this talented and interesting young man, and I’m 72!
I honestly would enjoy seeing collections from ordinary people with unique stories about their collections!
This was amazing, the first episode was a bit forced, this was sooooooo good.
