how do you use your weight - by sitting them them?

I am overweight, that said, I work in healthcare and can say that being overweight is unhealthy, and in your younger years, your body deals with it pretty well, but the same weight when you are in your later years will make your life miserable and there will be debilitating and dire consequences. Being rail thin or overly muscular is not the goal, but a strong and healthy body is essential to keep your independence in your later years.
