A lot of people want to know how to know how many calories you need... but you don't actually need to count them to reduce them. This of this like a budget, if you buy Gucci handbags each week, then simply by stopping that habit, you've saved yourself $1000s of dollars. It's the same with fat loss, there are predictable ways to lower your calorie 'expenses' and they are: 1. Cut out oil (save 1000s of calories a week) 2. Eat 1 -2 lbs of veggies a day. 3. Eat a load of low-calorie foods like potatoes. If you want to know more about this, check out the video I did here on how many calories to eat for fat loss! kzread.info/dash/bejne/iKeuyLiLYbCZZ7A.html

Hey Chels, I recently listened to a medical researcher talking about endocrine disrupting chemicals and the havoc they wreak on our body (infertility, weight gain, hormones etc). Putting hot food in plastic containers is actually a factor. Waiting for your food to cool down before putting into the plastic container will reduce your exposure to endocrine disrupting chemicals. If you want to know the medical scientist and look at the actual information I will find it for you x

Enjoy the videos and agree with the eating patterns with most calories in the morning. I eat around 1,200 - 1,500 calories in the morning, 800 calories for lunch and 600 calories for dinner. I love oatmeal and like to add a bag of frozen cauliflower rice with protein powder.

Great video! I’m very interested in the upcoming one as well. When you were talking about not using oil, I thought about how happy I am that stopped using it several years ago. Wherever I eat something oily (which is hardly ever!), it’s just plain yucky to me now. Not sure how much you enjoy doing these What I Eat in a Day videos, but I really enjoy them and get lots of inspiration from them. Thank you!

Loved this video! One of the main reasons is you teach and show us how to put weight loss meals together (without a recipe per se). Most of the time I come away with so many ideas for meals that I can put together with what I have in my freezer and pantry with a few fresh things in season. Thank you!❤

Chels, this video is awesome. I also have gained about 10 pounds, although my body is feeling pretty good. I’ve got lots of energy and I’m smashing in the carbs while keeping fat low. Adding in lots of veggies too. It’s so fun to watch your journey sending love, from a Mama of 2 littles as well. ❤

I need to lose 10 pounds. I can't work out because of a torn rotator cuff and L5 compression fracture from an accident. If I eat more than 1000 calories in a day, I can't lose an ounce of weight. It would be heaven to be able to eat this much as I am a volume eater by nature. It's been a real struggle - and your food looks awesome!!!

Another great video! Thank you for this! Also OMG I wish 1,900 calories was the weight loss zone for me lol. I have to eat significantly less than that. Having said that it's because I'm already small and just trying to lose 10 more pounds because I want to not because I need to 😅

Watching this i had to laugh. You eat the same thing every breakfast. Guess what? So do i and my friends tease me and now i can show them your stuff. I make regular oatmeal for breakfast everyday with fruit, PB2, flax & chia, hemp hearts... It's so darn filling and healthy. If I'm really hungry I'll put some little potatoes in the air fryer. I always make breakfast my biggest meal. And don't eat after supper. I teach morning preschool and being full with healthy food really helps.

Why would you intentionally try to gain weight? Just gain muscle by going to absolute utter failure at the gym, high carb low fat is most optimal for muscle gain and fatloss no matter what time of day or month ahah

Also I eat the same damn thing each day, and this is a channel devoted to vegan weight loss with over 100 videos… so yeah, they’re pretty much gonna be all the same. Feel free to peace out. ✌️
