Common enough on later model VCR's to have a super fast rewind with some smarts to slow it up to avoid snapping the tape as it comes up to the end

My Grandma had a VCR that I used once- it was SO LOUD when it rewound that I had to leave the room- and I could STILL hear it a few feet away! :0

I have the same combo DVD player/video cassette recorder Sony it has the original box. It's from 2004

Great video keep your mode switche clean out in your VCR player if you don't know what a mode switch is you can go online and say how clean out a mode switch in a VCR player everything online on video will come up online what you need to see back in the old days people was never to know about mode switches in VCR players
