I’m a Newcastle fan, CL football changes everything for us. Extra revenue (our current revenue streams don’t compete with the top teams in the league) and attractiveness to players PLUS nights under the lights at SJP would be amazing but it also speeds up our project and our squad is some way off managing the extra fixtures etc. Obv we can go sign players but fear a large scale overhaul could be disruptive; I’m incredibly happy with what Eddie is doing in terms of that steady build of the team and squad.

@@jackbourdeaux5800 Pep’s played them together a couple times in a 442 esque system tbf. Some of our best performances this season have seen Foden Haaland Alvarez front 3. It’s defo our 2nd best front 3 behind Grealish Haaland Foden.

While I completely agree with your table, don’t count Arsenal out. They’ve got tough fixtures but they’ve also played more of the top 6 than any other top half team so far. Just Man City left due to the royal funeral. With the form they showed even against Liverpool, Tottenham etc. I’d be dumb as a fan to not be a bit more hopeful they can push city way harder than even the team themselves think they can

as a Wolves fan I don't see us getting relegated cause with all possible signings we will make which from what I have seen could be up to 6 new players with one already being announced with him being fully confirmed on January 1st, with us trying to get 2 more of those 6 players hopefully being signed before January 1st

Predicting United 6th is and Liverpool 3rd is bizarre. Agree with much of the rest of the list but those two picks are completly done with what you felt before the season and not what you’ve seen, because no one in their right mind have watched United and Liverpool this season and can say if only one of them is getting top 4 it’s Liverpool, let alone 3rd lol. Will bet my life savings United finish well above (points wise) Liverpool. Rest of the list very good though, but those picks are so off from the rest of the list it ruined it

Interesting, as a toon fan I hope this is right but the danger to NUFC finishing top 4 will be Man Utd who are coming good and Liverpool who u can never write off. With a couple of good signings in Jan we could do it but personally I would be happy with top 6.

I have Man City winning the league Top 4 Man City Newcastle Arsenal Liverpool Relegation Everton Southampton Wolves

if City don't win I'd be shocked, if Liverpool had a better start they'd be in the convo but well.......they couldn't get it right out the gates so lost too much ground imo but the reason I'm highlighting these 2, think of teams and their key players, United with the likes of Bruno or Casemiro, Arsenal with Jesus and Saka, even slightly further afield, Tottenham with Kane and Son all of those played at the world cup, all of them, but City's key player to this point this season, got a month off as Norway wasn't in it, Salah the same, when all the other top players were busting their guts in Qatar, Haaland and Salah were just resting, obvs still training but not going nuts, they'll be much fresher than a lot of the players they'll be coming up against all of a sudden, also why I wouldn't be surprised to see Newcastle get 3rd and perhaps even push Arsenal

Only change I would make is swapping Fulham and Brentford. Fulham have been over performing so far and Brentford could just sign another striker in January if Toney gets suspended

my prediction is : 1 = ManCity 2 = Arsenal * 3 = ManUtd * 4 = Liverpool 5 = Newcastle 6 = Spurs *2~3 are interchangeable , any of these 2 can be anywhere on that 2 spots. Either Arsenal started to fall down but not too hard and United clinging onto their good momentum for much longer. Arsenal's squad is still thin in some crucial areas, and some of the rotations aren't up to par with the first team. So I can see them falling down sooner or later, unless they had a successful january transfer and kept their luck from the first half (they'll need it).

I think Palace will finish above Leicester, Fulham and villa I think they're better than them 3 teams

I think forest will just scrape safety
