Beautiful prams..I'm 63 and this is what I think a pram should look like....and the babies always looked so comfy in them and as you said they fitted in them till they were 2 or 3 ....they both bring back happy me order.. thanks for sharing ..love and hugs xxxxxx

I think if you don’t like bright white tyres on vintage prams, then stick to your guns. They’re your stunning prams and you should have them exactly as you like them. Hugs, xxoo

So lovely to see them, they both are so very gorgeous. Eleanor is loving how roomy your full size Silver Cross is. Lovely bonnet she has on, so pretty all set for an afternoon in the park. The pram in the lighter gray/blue is so nice. Your doll pram is so very precious, and so wonderful that you still have it! Bluebell is so cute with her little elf ears and beautiful gown. Thanks for sharing, such a treasure to see. You are a very petite lady and so sweet. No whiting, as it shows dirt so easily. The pram I have has white wheels and I'm always cleaning them, what a pain.

Hi Yvonne Thankyou for your kind comment . What make is your pram I would love to see it . And yes you are right about the tyres not being whittled I would hate to have to keep cleaning them . Hope things are getting a little easier with you Yvonne because as I know grief can be a hard thing to handle . Hi Pauline! Eleanor looks so snuggly warm in the large silver cross pram, her outfit and blanket is beautiful! Wow, it's from 1972, that pram is really in awesome condition for being that old. Bluebell is lovely in your small baby pram, so special that you used to ride in it too as a baby and then used it as a child to push your babies in. My thoughts on the pram wheels, the big one would look so pretty with whitened wheels because all the metal is in such awesome condition and the gray and white cover is in perfect condition, but the smaller one I'd leave like it is, since it's more aged & yellowed, etc. However, since it's an antique and being passed down from generation to generation, it may lose it's value if the wheels are brightened, you could check into it. @@tinyTears No, I don't have any old prams nor do I remember having one as a child, but I probably had one as I've always loved baby dolls. I've seen a picture of my older sister pushing me around in a doll buggy though, she was 3, I was 1, haha!! xoxox

Hello your big silver cross pram is Carlton made. In the early eightys before the eightys they had lase trim around the hood the same as your small pram.

Tenby has a round boat shape bottom yours is flat bottom and is a Carlton
