You can actually plan it out very well…. On the mainland of Lagos you can rent a two bedroom apartment on the Island of Lagos between 2Million to 7Million yearly. On the mainland of Lagos you can get the same 2 bedroom apartment between 500,000 to 2Million Naira. Aside the house rent you are still going to pay what they call “Agent and Commission” Renting a house in Lagos is very outrageous and not an easy thing to a common man, although people who earn decently can afford a good house….
