I'm from North India and thinking to try some authentic South Indian food for the first time. Other than Dosa/vada/idli/upma/utappam. What would you recommend? How about Chicken chettinad and Malabar parantha? I've had Malabar stew and appam before. How is puttu + kadala? How is pesarattu dosa? Would you recommend anything else? I don't know much about good South Indian food, all these are coming after a bit of search.

That's why we need to get rid of surnames. People judge your caste by the surname. So the great initiative was taken by Tamil Nadu Government to remove surnames from their name. Just name followed by father's name.
