My Toughest Walk So Far: Taming Stac Pollaidh!
My fourth vlog from Scotland, in which I climb the mountain Stac Pollaidh with Fr. Harry! This is the view we would have had if there had been no mist: www.google.nl/maps/place/Stac...

What a cliffhanger!! This gave me heart palpitations.
It must be a hard experience to climb when it's so windy! Taking some chocolate for such trips is always a good idea. It makes us being in a better mood. God bless you father! I watch the vlogs but I rarely comment ;)
wow fantastic video!! that wind! thank you Fr.
a very tough day, but guess what --- you looked so happy !! :-)
You can always come and see Tatry mountains in Poland :]. They are really beautiful. Best regards!

I take my hat off to you two gentlemen, I don't think I would ever dare do that.
I loved seeing this...but please be careful!

It really is it was about 1 hour to the top and the climb was well worth it! I went all the way to the top
Another great video!
What are you kidding! I'm a local and stacpollaidh has a path going all the way up it, the road is also half way up the height. Takes about 30mins max to get to the top.
How amazing to see a dog collar on Stac Pollaidh! How about this? I climbed it without my dog collar in the 1970's.I had been camping at its foot and set off before dawn. The early morning July weather was perfect. I reached the summit and took in the wondrous scene. As I turned to go back along the ridge the sun was rising. As I gazed at it all at once there was a figure silhouetted against it.......and a voice came from the figure and the voice was speaking my name! No, it was not YAHWEH calling out to me.....it was a fellow divinity student called Robert Walker I hadn't seen in years. I now have a book edited by him in front of me - his uncle Prof Tom Torrance's highly praised book on The Incarnation! So you never can tell just who you might meet on this delightful hill. And thank you Father Roderick. May the Lord richly bless you.
Superb video. Hill climbing in Scotland brilliant. You should`ve listened to my son John in Krackow:-)

the Landscape is a bit like the crock patric in ireland :)

Father Roderick and of course Father Harry. You both are an inspiration....i feel truly blessed. I 'tamed' Stac Pollaiadh a few days back myself. I just thank the Lord above i had better conditions than what you both encountered. God bless you both 👍
Ok; time to change my point of view: never go walking with Father Roderick :)
INSANE is right ..... 8-)
Are you going back? I presume you didn’t get any higher.
The D is silent and it’s a Loch not a lake🙄🤷🏼♂️ what would Jesus think😱
Parking wouldve been harder than ""climbing"" it
