Impressive. I don't know where you get the dicipline to go through so much for so long. Good thing you have extremely supportive siblings willing to rise early with you, and to buy and make you something to eat. Especially impressed with Ola for getting up at dawn to help you, support you - and film this vlog for us. Fingers crossed all your combined effort will result in multiple Olympic gold medals the coming winter, and perhaps even some World Cup crystal globes.

@@Tvjunkieful12 lol the world isn't always so pink what it looks like. it's not like i hate klaebo, he has some incredible strenght and no doubt is the best skier. but it doesn't mean everybody in the top ten isn't doping.

I operate in a world were laws and evidence are essential. You seem to assume any great sporting achievement to be a result of cheating. Where is your evidence of that? Just because some people has been caught cheating, even national teams or professional teams have been caught doing so, does not mean all the others also cheats, anymore than all popstars are druggies because some have been to rehab for such problems. Spreading slander, as is what you are doing with your comment, neither makes you smart nor right - it just makes you mean. Please stop it.

I spent a full month documenting Gunde Svan's training at his home in Dalarna in 1984 and wrote about it for Scandanavian Airlines and Ski Racing Mag. I think based on his training load, you might be over training. Gunde only did a 7-8 hour LSD workout one day a week and it was slow jogging in the forest. He did an enormous amount of roller skiing and skigang, but I never saw him in the kind of potential over-training condition I see you in in this video. Maybe you are behind in your yearly level and where you should be at this time. I am concerned about the stress load you are putting yourself through, because you are the future of cross country skiing. I would not like to see early burn-out.
