We had actual birthday parties in Animal Crossing New Horizons (since, y'know, we couldn't have them in person at the time...) and that really cements that game - that whole experience - as pretty special in my mind. Absolutely!! One of my favorite early NH memories is hanging out in friends’ museums until like. 4AM and just being so happy that I could still talk and hangout with my friends!! And THANK YOUUUUU❤️ that means a lot😭

@McSmurfy the game have a lot of new content, you can play salmon run any time (my favorite mode), the season splatfest are great and the story mode continues the lore.

Don't have my Switch on me at the moment, but I'd be shocked if I played any game more on my Switch than Monster Hunter Rise. Well over 100 hours in the last time I checked. Ended up being my most played game of 2021 and 2022 and I didn't even pick up the Sunbreak expansion for it which would have easily doubled my time I'm sure. I don’t know why but it’s oddly refreshing to see someone who just doesn’t have a lot of hours on the switch. It’s nice to see that you aren’t attached to the hip with it.

Super Smash Bros Ultimate - 1460 hours or more Tears of the Kingdom - 220 hours Breath of the Wild - 185 Hours Doom "2016" - 45 hours Megaman X legacy collection - 35 hours I guess I should clarify the reason of the insane number for Smash. I basically missed the last 3 smash games and I sucked at It big time. Where I'll always lose against my brothers and some friends who play the game. After fourteen hundred plus hours of grinding, I can finally put up a decent fight, and the game has become actually fun, where now is a 50/50 on who will win between me and them. It probably is my most played game of all time LOL. TOTK and BOTW, I had to go and get all the Shrines. All of my other games average 15-20 hours or so. honorable mentions, Tunic and Metroid Dread, since they're amazing games.

My longest-played game on Switch was Shin Megami Tensei V. And now there's a re-release (Vengeance) coming out in a few weeks with a totally new, second campaign, and changes to make the first campaign different enough. I loved that game and when I have the time I'll definitely go back and sink even more hours into Vengeance.

I've spent most my time on Animal Crossing & BOTW. Animal Crossing the most because it was my game of the pandemic. I loved it so much. Soon TOTK will be up there as well when I am finally able to get it 😊

My most played games on switch are Monster Hunter Rise, Animal Crossing NH, Pokemon Scarlet, Dragon Quest 11 S, Fire Emblem Engage, and No Man's Sky. I like to think that's a decent variety of genres :) Btw, I think its super cool that your mom plays games!

That's a pretty solid list. Mine's similar, just substitute Octopath Traveller with Triangle Strategy. I'm still on the fence about trying it out for myself. And the one that got me through a really dark time was Breath of the Wild, although it was my second playthrough, the experience was just as magical as the first. Nice channel you have here. Mine are Omega Strikers, ARMS and Valkyria Chronicles 4. An awesome indie free pvp that can be summarized as anime soccer air hockey, Nintendo's fun unique take on an older but niche style of fighting game that i personally think is one of the coolest things they've ever made, and then Sega's own (newest) awesome take on the strategy RPG genre set in an interesting fictional 1920s-30s parallel with gameplay based on the older combat system of another Sega series i love in Sakura Wars. So yeah, a random as hell line-up on switch ranging from developers, publishers, and genres for me

I can't wait for the next animal crossing. This one is less oriented on villagers. Hence i put only 80h into animal crossing. Your hour count overall is impressive! I love this kinda topic. Nowaday i don't put a ton of hours into games. My most is persona 5 royal with 112h (obviously the game is long). Xenoblade 3 took me 91h (i rush the end but what a blast). I just finished Octopath 2 yesterday with 50h count 😅 did rush most of early chapters and even skip them since i already did them on ps5 (i'm switch only atm). Octopath 2 is definitly less grindy than the first one. Character lvl don't really matter, you can beat the final boss (true ending) with lvl 5x characters. Gears is what matter, so doing quests, stealing, buying to npc is a must (exploration of course too).

It’s a great game! I’ve played it a ton and beaten it on every difficulty at least 3 times. It’s an interesting game because it took me about 12 hours the first time and just over 2 the last for 100 percent completion. Great game!

My most played game is also Animal Crossing New Horizons! It kept me going through Covid and really became an Animal Crossing fan through pouring my life into this game. This was a fantastic 1st game for me to get into the series! I don't have an exact hour count, but I think my play time was well over 800 hours lol.

Smash Ultimate for sure clears as my most played game at something like 630 something hours, and actually on that note, remember the Nintendo Channel on the Wii? I remember that having a game tracker too and I remember Brawl being my most played at like 1000 hours, I seriously played that game daily for a couple years

Most of mine are in the 30-65 hour range. I only have one game that I have put over 100 hours in so far. That game is Pokemon Violet with 110 hours. Super Mario Odyssey came in 2nd at 65 hours, then after that I have multiple games tied at 55 or 50 hours.

My most played games: 1- Xenoblade 2 + Torna: 119 hours 2- Zelda Botw: 116 hours 3- Skyrim: 74 hours 4- Pokémon LegendsAr: 62 hours 5- Mario Odyssey: 56 hours But I have some 170 hours of Xenoblade 1 on Wii counting both my saves

I am annoyed because my switch doesnt display correct play times anymore, it says that I have 960 hours in mario kart but when I sort games by play time it is placed below minecraft which has 102 hours. So I dont know what my actual play times are

I'm playing through tears of the kingdom right now on my switch for the first time and loving it. I probably won't do multiple playthroughs since holding the switch really hurts my hands. Hopefully they make the switch 2 more comfortable and put the right joy con in a more comfortable spot.

I definitely understand this! I have carpal tunnel syndrome so I have to usually have a grip case on my switch to make it comfy in handheld! Hopefully the make the next system more naturally ergonomic😅

I’m playing TOTK for the first time as well. I usually play online games on my switch. You should hook it up to your tv and get a pro controller. I have one and I love it!

235 hours in breath of the wild is by far my most played game! After that it’s smash bros at like 150 hours, and TOTK at 100 hours! I typically play 40-60 hour games!

Yeah, I feel like Smash is a big one for a lot of people!! I honestly didn’t play a ton of Ultimate so I think my playtime is only around 40/50😭😭

My most played game on the switch is pokemon shield at 465 hours, then pokemon lets go pikachu at 75 hours

one thing to keep in mind: the switch is awful at logging hours. If during all these years you logged your account into another switch, chances are that those numbers are way off

I mostly play lego star wars the Skywalker Saga I love that game so much but my most played game is super mario maker 2

Exactly! I think back to when NH came out and I just remember spending like 12 hours alone trying to catch the Stringfish before it was out of season😭 especially with the DLC, that added even more time on for me!!

Go to your game library click sort by time played. It will be in order of time spent playing. If you want the hours you can get an approximate by booting up those 5 games and checking your profile. Otherwise you have to use a third party website to check the exact specifics of how long you spent playing.
