I've just discovered your channel, and think it is great 👌🏼 Man's search for meaning is a book I recommend to everyone, such a powerful read. Frankl was a psychiatrist, not a psychologist though. Looking forward to watching more of your stuff, all the best, Matt

Really good question. There are probably a bunch yes but none that jump out to me right now. What might be helpful is to pick up some CBT books as there will be a lot in them about behavioural factors for people. How people operate and why they do what they do. Perhaps you might find something that interests you if you look for some CBT stuff.
