Every time he said it on the show it was ADR’d in. My partner and I noticed it immediately. It’s extra obvious because of the fact that none of the other players say it.

I wonder if it was originally called something else like Time [common word] and that was too close to another IP. The time travel aspect is already baked into the Fig-Ayda side plot, so that can't be the ADR replacement. They must've invented the phrase "time quangle" after the original phrasing was deemed problematic in some way. Possibly for Senior Year reasons, possibly for not getting sued reasons.

I think one of these options is likely... or that they repurposed what was originally going to be something for senior year at Aguefort into Time Quangle shenanigans, and they needed to remove some dialogue and replace it with the new version talking about the live shows.

Oooh, I'm on board with this theory. Solid evidence. Also, they had to slow down/alter the vid for at least the Aguefort voiceover when talking to Gorgug to fit the line right (lol, or my isp is so shitty that the lag hit at the perfect moment)

I noticed that also! I noticed another example earlier in the season and i have no clue where it was My theory is aguefort has been escape-the-greenroom-samuel-daltoned and this is a different guy entirely

Definitely ADR. Also your voice is really calming you could do audiobooks/ASMR if you wanted lol

I was rewatching it recently and thought the same thing. Arthur also said something about the Quangle when he left at the beginning of the season. Sounded like ADR then too

The live show tour they just did was based on this time quangle idea. They rolled for their past characters and rolled for a past setting and they all were in a non canon total canon unique time quangled scenario where they're trying to undo the quangle So they probably thought of that word for the tour and were like hey let's add it in here to connect it to our standard shows
