Touch screen like 3D printers and cutting from a file like selecting a file to print. I guess that's one way to do "wireless" engraving. As always your videos are awesome.

Thanks! Yes, this touch screen if different that most in that it has it's own processor and it's UI is well designed. The 5G is also like what you know on your phone, and the uploads are super fast. You can use the app or the web UI in a browser. This is a solid machine.

I evidently didn’t hear that it was the air assist controller. This is what happens when one goes above the 76 year age mark, well for some of us anyway. I thought to myself at the time, this sure is a completely different air assist I had been seeing, but since you guys are friends, thought a new product design was being introduced from them to you to show. The size would be a huge improvement over any of the other air assist & have still provide good air pressure at the same time. Anyway, God bless to you & family.

Great review. I was looking forward to it. I'd like to see diode machines have a work area of either 300x300 or 400x400, with extension kits available. I can cut a 4ft x 8ft sheet of material down to those sizes with little waste.

WRT inflated speeds: while the marketing dept might have tweaked the numbers, could the acceleration settings have hampered the overall timings? What % of the line is spent getting up to speed at the start and slowing to a stop at the end? THX for another informative review!

And works good with other software. I want to work with Lightburn but from met laptop it doesn’t burn on my material? What must is do? Is there a standaard settings. Purchased one based on reviews. Seems very underpowered. I've been through the setup process, checked and adjusted the belts, In Lightburn I can finally cut out a basic rectangle if I use 100% power and set speed to 200mm/m. Nothing appears damaged. Box was not damaged. Just seems based on all reviews that performance is well below expected. Tried contacting Algo several times. Waiting for a response.

I like this one due to ease of use for a begginer (am i wrong??)...would You recommend something else in the 1000$ price range??

My width & height shows as 399 x 429. The air assist is quite annoying as it's start as soon as you turn on the machine and goes 100% when you start engraving. You have to manually turn it down. There seems to be no way to set it to stay off unless you initiate. Unless I'm wrong. That button to release that pin to focus is hit and missed and not easy to press.

Question please.... What is the maximum marking speed on anodized aluminum that you were able to get good results without squiggles in the text, (Ariel),? I've had to limit my speed to 500 mm / min on my Alpha to get good text without squiggles. Any attempt to use 6000 or even 3000 mm / min produced these d squiggles. Thanks for your testing and reply....
