My family was, is quite dysfunctional. Lots of addiction, alcoholism, violence, adultery, divorce and more. Witchcraft too. I was molested by dad at 4. My mom remarried & step dad was extremely cruel. Fast forward I have mental health issues. Deep depression, chronic anxiety & suicidal tendencies. I was messing in the occult to gain power. How did I heal? I completely renounced occult. I FORGAVE my parents ( mom was absent). I forgave me. I stopped having premarital sex. I quit yoga. I even got rid of heavy metal rock music roll and Hindu music. Threw out demonic art & jewelry. The mental anguish immediately left. That was 6 years ago. Delivered!!

I’m so happy you could share with us!! Despite what you experienced as a child, God was able to rescue you out of the hands of the enemy. And it sounds like deliverance came when you started living with Jesus as your Lord AND Savior. There is so much POWER in true repentance.

I’m 53 and been on antidepressants for 30 years. I did magnetic brain stimulation about five years ago and felt a million times better. Stayed on meds. Six weeks ago I felt the spirit tell me I don’t need them. So I’m off for six weeks. Two days ago a big crash in my spirit. Spent two days in bed could barely speak. I cried out to God in my mind. I said lord take this off me. I felt a literal weight flow out of my chest and it made a popping sound in my spirit. Don’t let Satan keep you down folks!!! Speak that mess of of you in Jesus name in Jesus name!!!

This is great news. In my case, no meds but I do get support, encouragement, prayers & more from church fellowship. Wonderful brothers & sisters who seek Christ . The devil is real but what helped me is the fellowship. The word of God helps as well. Stay the course and BIND the devil. We have authority over him in Jesus's name. Feed the sheep and help others. Your a winner!

Amen!! Fellowship is so key, I’m blessed to finally have a church to call home. Our church family helps so much in this journey.

Thank You For sharing your wonderful testimony, overcoming all odds, and continued walking the Lord. I worked with Mentally ill patirents and young people for 20 years. Liberia/Ghana - it’s making sense now - Ghana an incredible country and people - my favorite space on earth 🇬🇭🙏🏿 This was eye opening, courageous and transparent- I feel your deep love for your mum…you refused to let her go, to lose her - you pursued her like He pursues us. Jesus is developing you and all who allow Him, to become like Him- where He said He didn’t lose a single person God gave Him except the son of perdition- as we become more like Him, and He shares in His authority and power and love - we are enabled to go after each other and help deliver those we love from all manner of traps, prisons and conditions. There is no battle that love has every lost no matter the time it takes. God guide you and empower you 🙏🏿

Thank you Ajani, you are so kind! Thank you for the encouragement and the perspective of pursuing my mom’s well being like Jesus pursues us. I have never thought about it like that but I always focused on, what would I want someone to do if this same thing happened to me? That tends to keep me level headed and focused on her and not me. It’s not always easy and of course there’s balance to it all (I’m not God and can’t force anything to happen) but it’s been a relationship that has taught me that to love is to sacrifice. @@LeemuKufuor no, thank you Leemu for sharing the journal of you and Christ’s footprints as He walks with you, holding your hand through the forest to the sands of the shore - it is affirming and strengthening to see the love and presence of God at work in practical life. Love is not really emotive though it starts with the heart, so sometimes we don’t even recognize these “actions” as love but that’s exactly what Love is. You putting down your life (original University) for another is no small thing, especially if the emotional closeness to that person may not be there - it’s even more revealing of love…and yes it could be anyone that is afflicted, trapped, bowed down and we wouldn’t want folks to give up on us especially those we call family…this is the very nature of God, even Jesus…that 1 sheep right…if they aren’t a goat or a wolf…🙏🏿

Jesus has already healed you by His work on the cross. It just needs to manifest in the natural world. Please agree with God’s word quickly and speak scripture over your healing. Have faith in the word of God and you will receive the reward for your belief. Fast and pray and break any evil agreements that may be causing this illness to manifest. I am believing with you for your healing!!!!

Ok I understand. Press into breaking evil covenants, witchcraft, curses, and agreements over your life and your mind. Seek deliverance from these things and begin a lifestyle of prayer and fasting. You need to engage in a variety of types of prayers but especially warfare prayers. Some books I recommend are Prayers that Rout Demons by John Eckhardt, Generational Prayers by Paul Cox and Deliverance from Demonic Curses and Covenants by James Solomon. Fight for your life and get angry at the sickness and mental illness enough to cause you to press into God like never before. 🙏🏾

Thank you! 🙏🏾 The short answer is, multiple ways. Sometimes I wake up knowing the full meaning. When I don’t, I pray for Holy Spirit to reveal the meaning to me and lead me to scripture. I try to make it a habit to look up symbols in the Bible, so if the dream is about someone being under water (for example), I spend time studying the Word to understand what that symbolizes. I’ll probably make a video about it one day!
