I know NXF well. My very dear friend has stayed there many times! I have seen and felt strange things in other situations but never at NXF, even when the thick fog rolls in 😆 it’s obvious you had someone with you with you. From the weird angle of your phone in the car (so your passenger couldn’t be seen) to the human sounding footsteps. Also if you went into a room to check out what had happened you started filming from the left side so that the person could then leave the room out if camera shot…..whereas when you went into a room knowing the person wasn’t in there your film angle was completely different……it was good entertainment though 😆

That’s what I thought too, I was going to really enjoy this, he seemed quite genuine at first but I also saw the “ figure” in the kitchen and then immediately thought of the stupid camera angle in the car. I’m soooo dissapointed but then I shouldn’t be because it stated at the beginning that it’s for purely entertainment purposes only, such a shame, I can’t watch this now, I was actually going to subscribe too, don’t think I’m going to do that either now, ☹️

@@moorsolo THANKS for posting this interesting video, WITH ALL DUE RESPECT: This was NOT a "paranormal investigation"; as you said. At best, it was a paranormal experience. No "investigation" was shown to have been conducted. I don't understand why you didn't keep cameras operating in each of the rooms. Also, WHY didn't you do some EVP Sessions? If what you show in this video is real, there was certainly enough energy about the place to STRONGLY suggest EVP Sessions would be productive. It would be GREAT to see you do a proper overnight investigation of this location. All the best in 2023, Ben

When that door slam shut up stairs you can see something looking through or going by I should say. Great footage

I guess this was made for entertainment only because a lot of things that you done in this video didn't make sense first it is freezing and you leave the door open for the longest time than you build a fire and close the door and sleep in a room with no heat.When you hear footsteps up stairs you act like it's a creek and its plan as day footsteps stomping

It is a beautiful place isn’t it. I edited the footage in this version of the video to try to avoid the fishing line being seen as much as possible. Incidentally, it wasn’t tied to the handle, it was tied around the bottom corner of the door😊 Good spot though👍 All the best. Al.

It’s actually @24:34 or so > look straight out and slightly to right of the center of your screen & you’ll see a person shaped black shadow pop up then down really fast.

I have seen a lot of Dartmoor over the years as I use to live on the moor. The farmhouse I was going to buy and restore it as a farm but asking for stupid money at the time and even now I would still live there and use it as a farm whilst paying rent for the place as it was always a good farming site for sheep and simple crops like oats and barley. I love the history of the area. I have done an investigation there and very interesting site. Super video.

I live in Cornwall, further down the map than here though. I saw Shape in the comments and if he likes the video, then it must be good. So I subbed 😊

Hi Valerie. Dartmoor sure is a beautiful part of the world. Feel lucky to have it on my doorstep. Full disclosure though, most of the paranormal content in this video is not real. It was a movie making exercise due to my love of all things paranormal and of course, Dartmoor. If you watch back through my back catalogue it is almost entirely wild camping videos, which I hope you will enjoy. I am however going to doing much more paranormal content starting in 2023 with some genuine investigations in UK haunted spots and maybe some more movies. This scenery looks a lot like the Nevada High Desert, in the US. Your pictures are Very beautiful! Yes, I’d say that building and it’s near outdoor’s is definitely haunted. The place us used by Kelly College (Tavistock) hence the beds for school trips.

Thanks Rick. That is a good question my friend. I didn’t see or feel anything paranormal which was disappointing but Rich said he heard quite a few noises during the night. Biggest thing for me though was during the still camera go pro footage at around 18:10 the camera moves. We were both downstairs at that point and it had been in that position for around 20 mins prior. A few weeks before this I camped near to the building and had what I could only describe as a genuine paranormal experience, when I saw 5 soldiers in WW2 uniform walk past my tent silently then totally disappear. Hi Amanda. I wanted to write you this message because you’ve been so kind and to be honest I’ve been feeling awful following the unexpectedly amazing response that the video has had. I will be posting another couple of videos today and tomorrow. In essence, my video is almost entirely staged. I love the paranormal, film making and camping on Dartmoor, so couldn’t resist making this video when I was able to stay at this purportedly haunted old building in this amazing setting. I genuinely do have paranormal beliefs but this video was made, in part, to show what can be done given the right conditions. Maybe it's pissed because you keep leaving the front door open, it's cold in there you got the heat going close the front door. Or maybe the spirits know that I don't know if you believe in spirits or not but if you don't maybe they know it and that's why they're kind of taunting you. They're probably having a laugh

No other cameraman. All filmed by me, but the figure seen in the kitchen at 22.27 is my friend Rich, doing his best ghost impression. You can check out the couple of videos that followed if you’d like and they explain everything. All the best. Al.
