Hey man, if you're based in Pakistan then I got these from Molty foam and Diamond foam. The 2 small ones are single mattresses, the bigger one is a king sized mattress.

The covers for the single mattresses I got made from a kapra Wala but you don't really need the covers tbh. You can just get any mattress typically used for beds.

How do you get SO much height right before you leave the bar? It’s crazy. You get more height than most of the people making tutorials online. Even the pros. I get that your cast away is quite explosive but it doesn’t seem ridiculous or anything. But when you come off the bar you keep floating up for like 6 inches

Hahahah thanks for the kind words man! Getting the height was an issue for me at the start, then I realisedI needed to really use my lats to pull the bar down to my sternum and using my knees and hips to explode up. That's what helped me.

Hey man, the pull-up bar in the middle is 7 feet high, 4 feet wide and the bar is about 1.75 inches thick in diameter

Hey man, I feel you. It's a really good investment to make. These were just basic mattresses for the bed that I bought and used as crash mats. Not ideal but they do the job!
