Happy Sweet 16th Birthday, Caroline! Hope you had an amazing & awesome birthday! I don't really do much for my birthday now than I used to when I was a kid & had birthday parties! Most of my family members are working on my birthday, depending on what day of the week my birthday is on, of course! Every year now, my 2 sisters & some of their families bring a birthday cake & other goodies for me while my Mom & Dad are away working at a recreational camp in the woods! I do get birthday greetings from my family & friends via social media & phone calls every year, which is very special to me! 😊🥳❤🎂🎈🎉🎊🎁

Up until my 13th birthday my mom would take me and my twin sister shopping and we would have a really fun day. Now we just stay home and enjoy ourselves. For my 14th birthday me and my immediate family went out to dinner at one of those restaurants where they throw food in your mouth and cook in front of you both me and my sister got a pottery panda thing that day but I love it and I still have it two years later.

Happy 16th Birthday, Caroline! I’m so glad that you discovered massage. I’m a 65 year old working Grandma that discovered massage 20 years ago and have had massages once a month since. To make it affordable for me, I found a great massage therapist that has a small practice with no luxuries like snacks or goodie bags. I believe that massage helps the body to heal itself. 🥰

As such intense dancers, I can’t believe you haven’t had massages until now! I definitely recommend making them a regular (or semi-regular) thing! They’re so helpful for your muscle health!
